This was the best holiday ever. The friendliest hotel ever, so accommodating and we ended up staying a further 3 nights. Stefan was most welcoming and filled us with information about the hotel. The food was outstanding giving you the menu for the next day to chose from. Breakfast had so much choice and everything was so fresh. We were allocated a dining table for the duration of our stay which was ideal. The spa was outstanding with 3 types of saunas and a steam room, outside was a pool and jacuzzis. We had 3 different rooms due to us extending our visit every room was well facilitated and beds were so comfortable also with great views. We were also given bus passes to visit the local area and bring us to the hill trekking area which brought the stress away from driving everywhere. The staff was so friendly and very professional. We can’t fault anything about this holiday it was fantastic. Thank you to Stefan Brunner, family and staff for a wonderful time.

One of the most beautiful hotels. We spent 2 nights with half-board in Dolomites room, very clean, amazing view, and most of all: we enjoyed a lot the pool, the jacuzzi and the sauna. After 5 days of skiing, this experience was amazing. Our favorite part: the view over Dolomites from the pool. Looking forward to our next visit in the summer time.

Stayed at the place for a couple of nights. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the rooms are very spacious & modern. Location is extremely stunning and you can see many peaks of the Dolomites from the hotel area. The road to the hotel is quite a steep climb with some narrow sections, always good to be cautious while heading up to the hotel.
All in all a 10/10 experience and good value for the price.

Super freundlicher Empfang vom Chef, Zeit für SmallTalk, Personal professionell und gut gelaunt-selten heutzutage. Zimmer sauber, Matratze schön hart, Im Wellness Bereich alles was man braucht. Pool persönlich etwas klein bei mehr Leuten. Perfekte Gegend für kleine Spaziergänge und schön abgelegen für Ruhe. Wir kommen wieder.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti. Siamo stati accolti molto bene da Stefan, il proprietario, che ci ha offerto il loro spritz. La camera era pulita e dotata di ciò che serve. Gli aspetti negativi della camera erano: presenza di moquette, mancanza di frigo, temperatura troppo alta e mi pare che non ci fosse la possibilità di regolarla. La colazione era veramente eccezionale: c'era una vasta scelta tra prodotti dolci e salati, tutti di ottima qualità. Abbiamo anche cenato in hotel (al costo di 26 euro a cena per persona). Le pietanze erano tutte molto buone, cucinate bene, non banali, ma c'è pochissima scelta nel menù, l'acqua costa troppo (4,90 euro) e si mangia a un orario indecente (6:30-7:00). Il punto forte dell'hotel è sicuramente la vista spettacolare e la zona spa, con piscina e vasche idromassaggio all'aperto. Inoltre, ci sono saune, una vasca idromassaggio coperta, zona relax con tisane. Il personale è stato molto gentile e sempre sorridente.

Ein sehr sympathisches Haus, mit viel Hingabe geführt. Wir sind hier schon zwei mal äusserst zuvorkommend bewirtet worden. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, komfortabel und sauber. Das Hotel ist nicht sehr groß, es gibt aber dennoch einen Wellnessbereich, einen Pool mit Liegestühlen draussen mit Blick auf die Dolomiten und vieles mehr. Wir bekamen gratis Wanderstöcke ausgeliehen, Herr Brunner hat sich immer sofort gekümmert wenn etwas war. Wir sind sogar vom Vater Brunner vom Bahnhof Klausen abgeholt worden, obwohl der Bus auch direkt zum Hotel fährt. Sowohl Frühstücksbuffet als auch das Abendessen Menu sind ausgezeichnet. Wir waren nach zwei Tagen schon so erholt wie sonst nach einer Woche. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Albergo meraviglioso in posizione stupenda, con vista sulle montagne e sulla vallata. Mi preoccupava che fosse appena fuori dal paese, in realtà è comodissimo perché c'è la fermata dell'autobus proprio a fianco e dietro l'albergo partono diversi sentieri che portano nel bosco o sull'alpe. Ho trovato personale gentilissimo, sempre sorridente, disponibile e molto attento. In generale si respira un bel clima lì dentro, ti senti davvero un ospite ben voluto, coccolato e accolto con calore (pure io che sono intollerante al latte e che quindi so di essere un po' una rompiscatole in questo mondo di burro/panna/yogurt/formaggio). Cibo buonissimo, pulizia top, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Bravi, bravi, bravi.
