My first visit to Wijayawada..3 nite stay at Vivanta Hotel.. Excellent services , clean, top hospitality..easy to move around in city centre. Appreciated to all the staff very easy to communicate and helpfull The front desk ***ager.. Mr. Pritam and staf, The restaurant ***ager Mr Sanjib n Staffs..Sourav, Ripul, Rajesh, Ritu and Kalyania..very helpful and friendly...Security Supervisor Mr Sunil and staf Sivashanker..done great job ..almost lost my ZFold phone but they ***age to get..Kudos to ViVanta..next visit on April 24..meet you all then..Thank you..

Location at Benz Circle is excellent. Amenities were standard as also the services. The services like replacing drinking water, coffee etc needed a nudge but the job got done on request. Reception was not very friendly-we were waiting for 10 min while reception was talking animatedly on the mobile to someone. Limited choice at restaurant but food was tasty and service efficient.

Good hotel. Good breakfast. At night the restaurant is a bit dark, the menu is not very visible. Daily room cleaning. There is a refrigerator. Desktop.

General hotel, after strong request for a better room

I recently stayed at Minerva Grand - Vijayawada, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location on MG Road, behind Kalanikethan, is excellent—easily accessible and close to major shopping areas, restaurants, and attractions in Vijayawada. The food at the hotel was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of South Indian and continental options. The in-house restaurant maintained good hygiene and offered prompt service. The amenities were well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, and efficient air conditioning. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Room service was prompt, and housekeeping did a great job keeping the space tidy. Overall, Minerva Grand offers a great blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I would recommend it to both business and leisure travelers looking for a well-located stay in Vijayawada.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and exceeded my expectations. The ambiance was perfect, and everything was just right.
