Visited with family. Safe and hygienic accommodation. Customer service, hospitality and ambience were really good. Rekha, executive and Rajeshwari, GSA provided good support. Rooms were kept clean and parking facility was seamless.

Good staff and location is easy to find and food is good not much extra ordinary totally it was money worth

Room keeping is terrible, when i walked in my room the blanket had blood stains and the towels they gave also had terrible stains. Water in the facet was brown in colour. Staff is good but they need to tighten the operations and make sure clean rooms are provided to its customers. Also the room had a weird smell, i had to ask them to get a room fresher. Honestly pay more and book a room in lemon tree

There is no safety and hygienic in that hotel, staff also not responding properly, having a lift issues and not working properly

Everything was organised. The experience was very excellent. The location was easy to find via google maps. We didn't had a chance to check out the restaurant. However, it seemed pretty good.

Regular water not available like in washroom. Hotel team saying that water issue at hotel it will take time more then 24 hours also not resolved hot water also not coming after resolve water issue it's coming water it's bad smell water i m not suggest this hotel we are facing issue with my family and my childrens

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Room is so clean. Nice hospitality. Best place to stay if you visit vijayawada. I think room are little smaller than in pics provided even though room is much better than expected.

Though i had given special instructions for early check-in while booking, it was not communicated to the hotel as per their check-in staff. Also, complimentary breakfast was not included. I think the 12-to-12 check-in and check-out scheme was not comfortable.

I had a good stay in hotel aira and found to be decent hotel. The room seems to be clean and hygiene with all basic amenities provided by the hotel services, it is located in center of vijayawada's city which is easily accessible to near by durga temple and shopping area. I booked this 1 hour before my arrival to vijayawada and make my trip made my trip easier to find hotels

Service was good reception was good room over priced in which hotel is located cockroaches in wash room dust in a/c ducts room lighting is dim. Overall room is over priced for the locality and place
