Service needs significant improvement. Received a Whats App message from a hotel contact to reach out for any assistance. However, when I reached out, there was ZERO response and interest in my request to extend the stay for another day. Worst part is employee's excuse for not responding was that her shift was over. Secondly, being very close a highway, and hotel not investing in noise insulation engineering, all night there were loud traffic noises which were loud inside the room. I would NOT stay at this hotel again.

Always good our second time i lost my wallet somewhere but I got it back i forgot that for 24 h but i got it back that's wonderful hotel ☺️

They are friendly, but like India, things are done slowly. I have to urge them. Breakfast is prepared in a variety of ways every day. hello

Here's another one of my favourite asian cuisine from the republic of noodles restaurant by lemon tree, It's Nasi goreng (chicken) The taste was top notch and accompaniment like prawns papad and another veg papad were provided. Prawns crackers was too good compared to the veg one, Rice with tender pieces and egg fry made it more delicious . Overall it's a wonderful lunch to spend once in a while if you crave for some different asian cuisines Mr Lakshmi Narayana was kind enough to serve me the whole time, with a infectious smile Hospitality was great

Had a wonderful experience thanks to Hasnain, he attended to us for all our meals. We stayed the night. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Wonderful ambience. Amritha was also very helpful and sweet. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would 100% recommend

It was awesome. Loved the food , wonderful view & hospitality . Staff was very courteous. Loved the ambience of the citrus cafe sitting area next to the entrance room. It had a nice collection of things . Special mention should be given the Shivaram , ajay and Mounika

We came here with friends and we enjoys a lot in this stay. Especially at the pool. We had a good conversation with Ajay’ Shivram and Mounika. We played a lot in the swimming pool and enjoyed a lot. We had an excellent words with them about the Lemon tree and it’s excellence.

Simply outstanding at every level . Courteous well trained staff , super restaurants citrus cafe and RON and classy chefs ( specially the Chinese ) …ambience looking very beautiful good hospitality sivaram and Mounika. We had a good conversation and we enjoyed a lot.

Best Business class hotel in vijayawada with beautiful ambience and Huge Rooms. Cleanliness of the Rooms was topnotcher. The service of the Housekeeping MR. Tamzim and shiva was very fast and they are very easy to aproch for any assistant even in the midnight. Vasant was very helpful with my directions and explaining the locations.

Awesome food, awesome gesture by the staff, awesome rooms, best services, worth each and every penny.Today meet chef amrita and prasant and chef kumar give nice food. Mr rasid and soumen give nice service.chef annoy give nice pancake ....

Everytime I visit Vijaywada I stay at Lemon Tree Premier. The front office staff were very helpful, particularly Ms. Manisha from Guest Relations. She was instrumental in extending my stay twice and provided exceptional support throughout my stay with her polite and helpful nature. If you actually talk to the hotel they'll provide u with the best rates, I didn't know that. Rooms are really good, breakfast is decent, somethings can be worked through but all and all it's the perfect stay in the city. I'll definitely visit again.
