Property is under renovation, no proper entrance, no parking, no such intimation. Just misleading customers by just posting good photos. Was shocked after visiting the property and immediately had to cancel the booking as terrible to stay with family. Finally, thanks to mmt staff for initiating full refund for non-refundable booking.

No power in the morning, staff is rude, no food in hotel we need to order from out side, unhygienic washrooms, poor room service and waste of money and no internet at middle of the room it comes till the door

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

Stayed earlier and previous experience was good, all the above 4+ rating was with old management. Seems management has changed and not bothered with reputation or service. Construction work is going on and no parking for car or any vehicle. Late night requested for a water bottle and receptionist asked to come down to reception and take it. Went down and while taking water bottle receptionist asked to pay 50 rupees for one litre bottle. He is not bothered to serve to customer and collect later but he insisted to pay 50 rupees as he knew no shops will be open at that time. Breakfast is very bad and they give in a packaged box of their choice, no buffet. Towels in the washroom is horrible, carry your own if you are planning to stay here for any reason. Except security guy who look after the car parked on busy main road everything else is horrible. Don’t go with family at any cost.

Very nice property. Spacious rooms. Everything was perfect. Construction was going on so it was a little dusty but they cleaned it as we told them. Very happy with the service
