The price is not high. The service here is not very user-friendly, and it is not possible to check-in before 4 o'clock. The hotel is relatively old and has not been remodeled. The hotel’s breakfast is very small, but it’s nice to have a small balcony. It is not recommended overall.

For work reasons, I habitually use hotel facilities, and for emotional reasons, I am also the father of the deputy directors of two hotels in a well-known Spanish hotel chain, but for objective considerations, I must admit that Vigo’s This Pazo dos Escudos hotel is one of them. The top ten best hotel complexes in Spain have the best quality of facilities, furniture, underwear, etc. This is a real gem, and your property and employees have ”responsibility and obligations” to move on. Expected a bit more. This did not feel like 4 stars. The pool was very small and closed while it is almost June. The hotel interior felt dated, lots of things like curtains and room furniture was worn out. The hotel is an okay option if you want to be relatively central and have low expectations.

The location is a bit bad, but the service, cleanliness, and comfort are very good for a 4 star hotel. I'm not feeling well during the trip, so I have to rest for a long day!

Very clean hotel with very spacious rooms and views of the city. Although it is not centrally located, you can easily find parking spaces in the white zone.

The hotel is in the city and not the core of Vigo. But it is 10 minutes walk from the stadium of the Vigo Selta Club in Ciara, which is convenient for watching the ball. The room is large and comfortable, there are plenty of free parking spaces in the courtyard, and the room can look out to the sea. There is a large Auchan supermarket next to the hotel.

Facilities: The room is slightly more impressive, but the facilities are complete. Hygiene: Satisfied with sanitary conditions. Environment: Near the pier, and there are large shopping centers and many restaurants nearby, which is more convenient. Service: The front desk staff are very professional and enthusiastic. Will choose again.

Hotel very well located in the city centre! Super attentive and sympathetic staff. Fantastic cleaning. The room was very comfortable.
