I review to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay in this hotel. I booked a Family Room for 3 adults and 2 children, paying ₱6,500 plus an additional ₱750 for the extra child.
Upon check-in, we found the room (Loft Type with 2 double beds and 1 king bed) to be inadequately cleaned, with evidence of previous occupancy (e.g., a rubber band in the shower).
Despite leaving the air conditioning on for 3 hours, the room remained uncomfortably warm. When reported to the front desk staff, the issue was not adequately addressed.
Our stay was further marred by:
1. *Dust-related health issues*: My husband experienced coughing and sneezing due to dusty beds, while I and our children suffered rashes and bites.
2. *Subpar breakfast*: Cold, unappetizing food and inedible rice.
3. Poor customer service.
Considering the premium price, I expect better cleanliness, amenities and service. Our experience was unacceptable and not worth the expense. I strongly advise against recommending Regency Vigan Hotel.
