"This is a really lovely hotel. The staff are warm and welcoming, the location couldn't be better - a 20 minute walk into beautiful Vieste, and right across the street from a long, sandy, really clean beach. Plenty of free parking, gorgeous pool, and a tennis court. We had a junior suite in the 5th floor with a small balcony and a big terrace with very nice sun loungers and patio furniture. And there was a lift, thank goodness! Breakfast is wonderful, with everything fresh and locally sourced. Vieste was a real treat - gorgeous old quarter with lovely shops and really great restaurants."

"We stayed in this village in September 2024, I understand that for those who work there it was the last week but for me it was my only week of vacation and therefore I want to be treated like those who go on vacation in July or August. Terrible quality of cleaning. The rooms were not cleaned and also every day I had to go and ask for toilet paper at the reception. The breakfasts were poor and if you did not arrive early in the morning you had to ask for the clothes. Lack of staff, incompetent waitresses. Each customer was treated differently with different prices but with the same options. When booking we were told that the entertainment would be present until the closure of the village but this was not the case. There was no one!!! Inside the room there was no hairdryer and cleaning products. It is certainly a village where the dog can come anywhere, but the holiday is not only his but also the owners'!"

"It is definitely not a four star, it does not have the services of a four star at all, old but clean structure, good convenient location with the centre, nice swimming pool. The cuisine part needs to be completely revised, it's impossible not to eat well in the south but here you really can't find the Apulian quality. Very young, poorly trained dining room staff. Despite the commitment and kindness of the director, the flaw in the food remains very serious. In short, it is a three-star hotel where it is best to stay overnight only."

"We came as a couple and stayed at Hotel Ponte. We were pleasantly surprised by how service-minded the staff were. At one point, we had left our car to charge and walked all the way back to the hotel — and they even asked whether we wanted to go pick it up ourselves or if they should drive us there. The hotel gave a really good impression — it could easily have been rated three stars, maybe even four. It was clean, smelled nice, and everyone on the staff was extremely kind and helpful."

Hotel delle More is a beautiful place, starting from the owners to the very kind staff... available... to the fun entertainment... engaging... very clean rooms every day splendid cleaning girls as well as the buffet breakfast you were spoiled for choice... so the dinner was all delicious with their local stuff you can choose between seafood or meat meals... mine hydromassage pool I will miss you too... an unforgettable experience... and we will definitely be back"

"Very disappointing. It’s a beautiful property in a beautiful area, but that’s where the beauty ended. We were there near the end of the season (mid October) and were only one of three people staying. We must’ve been stuck in the worst “rustic cabin”! Cracked walls, no soap in dispensers, broken shower. Then came dinner in the restaurant. Worst meal I’ve ever had in Italy! All deep fried. Felt like we were an inconvenience to the 2 people I saw there. Their wine was just ok."
