The space This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has a wonderful front balcony and pool deck from which you can enjoy views to the north of the Caribbean Sea, mainland Puerto Rico and the island of Culebra. The house has two floors built into a slightly slanted hillside. The second level has the 40x34 foot pool deck, with ocean views, grill and outdoor shower. The second floor has two bedrooms with ample closet space, one full bathroom, closet, kitchen, open living/dining space and full front balcony with cooling breezes and beautiful ocean views to the north. Tile flooring can be found throughout the second floor, complimented by colorful walls and kitchen counter tiles. The kitchen has built in covered cabinets, with stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The 3rd bedroom and second full bath are a separated space from the house. There is a laundry room, internal stairs to the second floor and an additional bedroom with its own shower.
