Nice place for the family. All amenities in place, convinient location. Breakfast is poor though. Very limited offer, if you stay longer it might be an obstacle. Airport pick up very pricy, we paid USD 10 for 10 minute ride, better use loco app to get 3 times cheaper.

I have used this hotel. It's a little far from the center, but there are electric bike rentals. It is close to the Thai Embassy. There are many local restaurants in the area. The staff is very friendly and the service is very good, they even changed my room. 私はこのホテルを利用しました。中心地から少し離れてるが、電気バイクのレンタルがあります。タイ大使館へは近いです。周辺には、ローカルなレストランがたくさんあります。スタッフはとても親切で、サービスがとても良く、部屋も変えてくれました。

Everything was good considering the price of the hotel however the cleaning staff were very loud and extremely annoying at the early hours of the morning. Minibar price list on the fridge but zero items inside. Breakfast was decent. Probably should educate your staff on common courtesy or simply tell them to STFU when guests are trying to sleep. (8AM: Yelling to other cleaning staff way across the hallways that guests have not left their rooms yet is simply not on)

Cleanliness: Generally very clean room. Not sure when it’s opened but looks like everything is new and nice. Room size: Quite a bit space including a desk. Staff: Super friendly and helpful. Food: Hotel restaurant has great food with cheaper prices. Initially I didn’t book breakfast but their $5 breakfast was definitely worth the money. There are not many options around. Amenities: There’s a nice pool although I didn’t have time to use. Would be great in hot days. Can also ride a bike for $2 per day. Location: It’s out of the city in a quiet area. It wasn’t a problem for me as I was looking for a quiet place for good sleep, but the location might be problem if you want to be in the city center with many restaurant options. They have free shuttle bus twice a day at 6 & 7 pm. Alternatively can bike under 10 mins. Haven’t tried but I’m sure they’ll be happy to help if taxi or tuktuk is requested. Overall: Considering the price, it was a great stay for me.

In Vientiane, it is a very good hotel, safe and reliable. You can pay with WeChat. You can also exchange Lao currency. The breakfast is also good, with my favorite fried rice noodles, porridge, fried rice, vegetables and bread, which is pretty good. There are various Chinese restaurants on the next street, which is suitable for my Chinese stomach. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel, but it’s a perfect score anyway

The hotel is situated a 20 minute walk from the night market. The rooms are fine and bed was comfortable. Shower was hot and good water pressure. It was quite old fashioned in decor and the pool was small and in the shade around the back of the hotel. It also looked a bit run down. It wasn’t as good as we expected & we didn’t swim. Breakfast was an assortment of fruit, eggs and Asian noodle dishes. Fine for a stopover stay but not particularly luxurious.

The hotel was convenient and easy to find from the airport. The breakfast hours were awesome and the food was tasty! The view from the pool and my balcony were enticing and relaxing. The front desk staff helped to call me taxis to get around the city. The room was spacious and clean. The tv even had English movie channels and a station dedicated to football! I would certainly stay if I came back to Vientiane.

Good location and great room that has a bath. Older building. 2 things I don’t like. It’s a 4 star hotel but the gym whole good is falling apart almost everything is broken. Hotel is too lazy to fix and another offensive thing is a ************ mafia fake massage shop sharing the hotel car park where they probably get commission. So much for a conservative country it’s illegal but in Laos I guess you just need a bribe. It’s offensive because the government and hotel have given approval yet it carriers a huge prison term for foreigners doing that in the country some of there laws are like North Korea even worse then China

The hotel from outside is scary ,the room from inside is fantastic and well organized, the staff can't speak one word in English, thanks God I can speak thai so I could help myself , the location is neat to the airport only and far from everything

1. The front desk service of the hotel is warm and thoughtful, and all the problems raised are solved attentively. Although the hotel is a little far from the airport, hotel pick-up and drop-off is very convenient. The surrounding area near the Arc de Triomphe is full of Southeast Asian style. The overall environment is warm and quiet, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Will choose next time.

New Chinese management structure. The location is large, still to be fixed in some parts. Very close to the train station (free transport service included with them), but very far from the city center (about 40 minutes). Located in a peripheral area so not very well known. It is not well signposted, so not easy to find. Furthermore there was a Chinese ”guardian” too, who upon our arrival even though we showed him the photo of the resort told us that it was not that one!!!! incredible!!! The internal staff very kind. We had a good time. The only advice I want to give to the structure is to better signpost the entrance and the name of the resort.

The room is big, clean, spacious, the view is very beautiful, the air conditioner is cool. It is a hotel with Chinese people in the room who speak Chinese, which is a bit difficult to use if you don't know the language.
