Hauptbahnhof Boutique Rooms - Virtual Reception & Self-Checkin

Incredibly dodgy hotel - we had to wait on the doorstep for over an hour because the hotel has no front desk and we needed to receive our check-in code via WhatsApp. The tv barely worked and the room was constantly way too hot, even after running the air conditioning for hours. We also discovered silverfish running around the room within 10 minutes of arrival. I suppose the room itself was good looking but the rest of the building - inside and out - wasn’t the best, especially including the dodgy elevator that struggled to move. We also only got given two tiny hand towels instead of any normal shower towels - there was an option to purchase more towels for a fee however i would’ve thought we would be provided with enough towels as standard. Overall I would not recommend this hotel nor would I come here again.

We booked a hotel for 3 days in August but we left after the first night. The AC was not working, 26 deg in the room, the curtains were transparent and the sun was very strong, you couldn't sleep in the morning from sun and heat. They give only one towel)) no face or feet towel, just one middle size towel. We paid plus 10 or 20 eur and moved to Schani Hotel few mins walking a very nice hotel. The communication with hotel was awefull. When you write to them the answer is always "let me check" and they never come back, waist of time.
