Apartmenthaus Hietzing I Contactless Check-IN

O.k. apartment for the price. Not the cleanest and unfortunately no elevator. The chairs were all but falling apart. 4 nights there and no change of towels. Very noisy at night at the end apartments with the train right outside. Good location though close to Schloss Schönbrunn.

The apartment was very nicely appointed, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very responsive to communications via WhatsApp. Touchless entry worked like a charm. Very close to public transportation, so getting into the city center was cheap and easy.

Good for the commute into Vienna on the 62 trolley at the top of the road, plus we got free parking for our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable with every thing you need. Good coffee machine as well. Only negative !!!!! trains, say no more.

Everything was clean, the location was good for us, because we projected to go to the zoo with our son. The communication was fast and flexible. We will return here, if you want a basic, good prise accomodation, this a good choise. We were at the 3rd floor, no elevator.

After 4 hours we had to move out of the apartment because of the unbearable stench from cigarettes. We were with a baby and we all had headaches. The toilet could not be flushed, we had to use a bucket of water. The bed was not ready, the sheets were missing. The room was cold. There is no elevator in the building. Parking is not guaranteed even after reservation. We don't recommend it. After a long journey, we had to move to another hotel in the evening and pay extra money. They don't want to return our money. They refuse to return our money.

The fridge and mainly freezer were dirty, so were the ventilators. There is no AC in the flat. It doesn't look like on the pictures. Some of bed clothing was dirty/mouldy? The room service never was there on its own. Nobody wrote that we can use the 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (none of the dryers able to dry the clothes, even after 4 hours). 2 dryers aren't enough for 24/28 Apartments. The shower head was so dirty (mouldy?) We rather unscrewed and threw it away and bought a new one. Our apartment was on 4th floor, with no lift. The terraces were always locked and there was no Ventilation on the stairwell while it was 40 degrees C outside and more inside. It may be ok for a few days' stay, but definitely not for a month long Business trip. Some of the plates and cutlery were broken or dirty. There is no room service (cleaning), but no vacuum cleaner or cleaning utensils are provided. 2/5
