We booked Zipser hotel for three persons. We noted that the payment will be made when we arrive at the hotel. Everything was fine. However, a few days before the trip, I received a request to update the card data. The update failed. I brought in with another card, but it won't accept it either. After entering with the third card, I received a message that the hotel is reviewing the data. And today, two days before the trip, me and my friend received e-mails that the hotel was canceled. No explanation was received. When I asked what the problem was, the answer was that I had contacted my bank. What a "great" service. I do not recommend this hotel. We are very angry and disappointed. With such behavior, dear Zipser employees, you will not earn respect for yourself.
