Ulasan Leonardo Hotel Vienna Schönbrunn

Semua staf ramah dan suasananya ramah. Sangat dekat dengan Istana Schönbrunn. Ada trem kereta bawah tanah tepat di depan, jadi meskipun agak jauh dari pusat kota, aksesibilitasnya bagus.

Tidak ada pengawasan di hotel ini. Kami menyimpan barang-barang kami di hotel, dan ketika kami kembali, kami menemukan bahwa semua tas telah diserahkan. Salah satu teman saya kehilangan kartu bank. I wrote an email to the hotel to confirm my booking and got a response within an hour, which is nice. I arrived at 11am and an early check in was available. The receptionist was nice and helpful. The room is very spacious for its price. You can easily reach the Schönbrunn Palace by bus or on foot. It is also close to a metro station and a supermarket. Provided: Coffee capsule machine, fridge, TV, hair dryer, safe. P.S. I stored my luggage after I checked out, they store them in a locked room but they don’t tag your luggage or anything. When you go back to get the luggage, you just have to tell the reception that you want to take the luggage then they will lead you to the room. It felt kind of strange and a little bit insecure. Also I was gonna check out at 12 but at 11:56 there is already someone knocking and asked me when will I go. Besides these the stay was a very pleasant experience.

Nice hotel - across the road from U-bahn station- great breakfast, comfortable bed- friendly staff. Recommended! Not far from magnificent Schoenbrunn

The room was spacious and clean, offering good value for the price. Its proximity to the subway station made it convenient to reach downtown Vienna. Additionally, a supermarket is conveniently located right downstairs.

The hotel is located right in front of a subway station, just a couple stops from the city centre. You should get a daily card for your stay if you intend to go sightseeing. The staff is really kind, the rooms are cosy and warm. Beautiful lobby with artificial fire. Refreshments also available when arriving. There is a little bit street noise, but only when the windows are open. Delicious breakfast with a lot of different foods and drinks to choose from, there is even wine.

It was good. Location is good. Close to public transport. Friendly staff.

Good experiences: Very good location. 1 min from the Metro station. Supermarket in a distance of 30 seconds walk. Water and apple in the lobby as refreshment. Relatively affordable in Vienna. Bad experiences: Unstable water temperature during bathing. That made me just like travelling between hell and heaven for many times. They opened the window when I was out. Then I found insects when I came back. That was a bit disgusting and I need to spend time to deal with the insects. No telephone so I can’t seek help at once. The toilet flush wet the floor.

The hotel was neat, clean and accessible when it comes to public transportation. Hotel staff are very accommodating. The price is very reasonable. I would highly recommend this hotel to all tourists who would like to visit Vienna.

The staff were nice and polite but they could not provide me with some sort of an electric fan to cool myself as the AC was too warm and a single window didn’t help.

Loved there. Just make sure you choose the right hotel because there is anohtwr one near by. Environment is nice, near metro, everything is nice

Best hotel that i have stayed during my trip. Great connectivity since just located in front of train station. Enjoyed my stay there. The staffs are very helpful in providing any information that was asked to them. Wouldn't mind repeating a stay there in future if needed.
