We are very satisfied in this place and highly recommended.

Very classic rooms with out dated furniture, and bathroom area. Hotel is clean with good lobby area.I believe that is not really a 4* Hotel.

The hotel was really nice and clean. They staff really friendly and helpful. Would reccomed this hotel to anyone.

It's honestly not beside the right hbf. There is a few but this is not the main hbf. So think twice before you book. I probably think motel one which is just slightly more expensive is better than this. The room is kinda small n the hotel is definitely dated. No water is provided so you are on your own if u need water. I would at least expected a small bottle from mercure. So won't be returning for sure

Old but good service. Around by public transport and super market. Easy check in. They let us check in before time as well happy to stay

Great hotel with amazing staff and quality of service. I arrived to the hotel and was allocated a room that had no fridge and asked a member of staff to provide me a fridge, so they changed a room to a better one. This is an amazing level of professionalism to satisfy the needs of the client. I was pleased to stay there for a night. Everything was very clean and perfect. I really enjoyed the stay.

Excellent hotel. Clean and spacious rooms on a budget. Would recommend!

1. the room card key did not work properly so i had to keep inserting and put out the card to the card reader. 2. the room was quite small 3. and there were no many lights inside the room so it was quite hard to find my belongings in my suitcase. 4. there was some noise which sounded like flushing the toilet even though i did not use it. the sound seemed to have come from upstairs so the room does not have sound proof walls.

I like the hotel. It near the public transport where ypu can go anywhere. It Also near the mall and supermarket.

the BF was not as expected , all others are very good we stay there already 4 times

Awesome location | Very close to the Westbahnhof station & the tram | Quite nominal prices for a 4* experience. The basic category double room is very small, it had all the 4* amenities but was very small The hotel didn't provide a dental kit. We struggled to get one | Service could have been improved.
