床很舒服，安靜，早餐種類很多，有美式早餐，有一個圓形帶芝麻的麪包，鹹口，很好吃，甜品無敵好吃（這應該不是啥優勢，歐洲甜品都好吃）

The stay was fantastic , the reception team in front was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Special mention about Daniella who was very helpful. The hotel is clean, quiet and located within 15 mins walking to the city centre- very safe area.
The breakfast was very good. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great place overall, very clean and great service. Breakfast was very good. Location is in a quiet area, however a little further from the main attractions.
Really quiet room which we appreciated and also had blackout shades which made it easy to fall into a deep slumber.
The tea time was nice too!
Would recommend as it was a better value than some other hotels in the area.

When I alerted the staff that our in room safe was broken upon arrival at the room the maintenance team came to try and fix it. They made it worse in the process and proclaimed that the safe was not workable. I explained that one of the main reasons we ever choose a room is because of an in room safe. I asked for a new room and was met with indignant disregard for my security concerns. They said they would allow me to use the main safe at the front desk. They also offer me one free drink at the bar to make up for their failure to provide me the offered and advertised safe.
On three occasions I couldn’t get to my things at the main safe because the staff was too busy with other people to help me.
We stayed there anyway but I wouldn’t go back. Their idea of making good on broken amenity promises was insulting.
