The hotel location is great. Very close to train station and most place of interest. The single bed room, which is small but contains all the necessary things. If you booked a breakfast better to get up earlier.

The hotel has been renovated to a high standard - the first room I was given smelt awful but I was moved to another one. All in all a decent stay.

Location is a usually the best thing of this place. Right in front of the metro station. Price always is good enough for the Austrian standards plus breakfast is decent with flexible hours. Worst thing? Service without doubts, in the evening there is a guy that it might give you a hand but his attitude is one of the worst I’ve experienced in a hotel. It’s a pity because the hotel is actually good if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay in Vienna.

It was a wonderful two nights to stay here. I highly recommend you stay here because it's closed by Metro station to get you to the airport.

Very unfriendly, messy, and chaotic in various ways. When I came inside the hotel lobby to do check in, check in lady was calling despite her notice that guests came inside, yet didn't talk until I mentioned about check in. Inside the room, I could clearly visualize hair on bed, bug inside the room, not able to close the toilet door properly, and et cetera. Regardless of the great location, to prevent anyone from experiencing chaotic time, I strongly recommend paying a little bit more and booking other hotels nearby. Plus, when we had to check out, there was another lady at the counter, and she asked why we had this room key we had. It turns out to be that my room is meant to be on the fifth floor and the lady last night gave us the wrong key, thus there were two other guests who were meant to have my room ended up sleeping at the floor in hotel lobby. I have stayed at hundreds of different hotels around the world, and i have never seen such an unprofessional hotel like this.

Very recommend for stay. Near with station. Around 1minit walk. Receptionist very nice n helpful. We all arrive 11.30pm and late check in but their Receptionist still wait for us. Love

Good location. 5 minutes walk from the Vienna main train station

The hotel has excellent location right next to the train station with easy access to public transportation to the center of Vienna. Considering the price, quality of rooms is on a very high level - clean bathrooms, spacious enough to relax after a day of sightseeing. I would stay again on my next stay in Vienna. Location is good and very convenient to tourists spots

Excellent location, easy for traffic arrangement', many restaurant nearby. Very good service provided by front desk, large room, will stay again in the future.

It was almost the cheapest option for us. It’s ok if you don’t have high expectations. Double bed is combined from 2 singles beds. There is No kettle in the room, you need to go to reception and ask them hot water and it’s for price 50+euros per room. Window faces nowhere, it’s a little bit dark in the room. Location is good, 150 meters from subway, 5 minutes from railway station and very close to Belvedere.

No electric kettle like one of the other reviews said. I stayed 3 nights. Not once was there housekeeping but on the last day they knocked my door at 2:20pm and handed me a bunch of bath towels. Wifi is spotty. The windows cannot tilt like most European windows so if you open it to get air in because there’s no aircon, you have to deal with the road noise. I slept on the 3rd floor with the help of my air pods pro 2nd gen. The lady with long hair at the receptionist wasn’t helpful. I requested for hypoallergenic bed sheets as mentioned in the hotel booklet and she said to ask the staff the next day to do it. I asked if she could pass the message along to the next staff. She said no. She clearly couldn’t be bothered to work here. Don’t stay here. Breakfast is 12.50 euro per pax . The price on trip.com is not accurate. Also there’s like 6 steps to climb up to the tiny elevator that only fits 4 pax

Despite the amazing location, I would never stay here ever again. The building and facilities are in desperate need of an update, the keys are actually keys, not key cards. The room we were initially given was horrendous, it was dingy and small with barely enough room to open our carry-on luggage. Disappointedly furnished; no lamps or side tables, only a bed, desk and chair. The window opened to nowhere, just another wall with a small window facing ours. The desk looked like it went through war and back, scratched all over the surface. The room was not properly cleaned; when I pulled out the chair there was an unidentifiable substance on it that looked absolutely disgusting (Photo attached). I went to reception to discuss this issue because that was simply an unacceptable standard. The receptionist said she could call the cleaner to have it cleaned the next morning and that all the other rooms were booked full for the night. I then asked her if we could get a refund and just cancel the stay because my mom and I would rather stay somewhere else if that was the case. She then took a minute on the computer and gave me keys to a different room on the top floor telling me it was the last room they had and we could move there instead. The new room she gave us was much nicer and brighter; it was spacious with more furnishings and a large window that opened to the main street. The bathroom was a bit strange with the sink and shower in a small room, and the toilet across in a closet-like room. Be warned, there is no hair conditioner, only 3-in-1 wash. One outlet was inoperable. The rest of the facilities were pretty subpar, there is one small elevator that fits 2 people so sometimes taking the stairs is faster. Breakfast was decent enough. All in all, it was not worth the price. The hotel's only selling point is the location.

Basic hotel, not many amenities, but very good location. Right across the central station.
