The hotel has excellent location right next to the train station with easy access to public transportation to the center of Vienna. Considering the price, quality of rooms is on a very high level - clean bathrooms, spacious enough to relax after a day of sightseeing. I would stay again on my next stay in Vienna. Excellent location, easy for traffic arrangement', many restaurant nearby. Very good service provided by front desk, large room, will stay again in the future.

It was almost the cheapest option for us. It’s ok if you don’t have high expectations. Double bed is combined from 2 singles beds. There is No kettle in the room, you need to go to reception and ask them hot water and it’s for price 50+euros per room. Window faces nowhere, it’s a little bit dark in the room. Location is good, 150 meters from subway, 5 minutes from railway station and very close to Belvedere.

No electric kettle like one of the other reviews said. I stayed 3 nights. Not once was there housekeeping but on the last day they knocked my door at 2:20pm and handed me a bunch of bath towels. Wifi is spotty. The windows cannot tilt like most European windows so if you open it to get air in because there’s no aircon, you have to deal with the road noise. I slept on the 3rd floor with the help of my air pods pro 2nd gen. The lady with long hair at the receptionist wasn’t helpful. I requested for hypoallergenic bed sheets as mentioned in the hotel booklet and she said to ask the staff the next day to do it. I asked if she could pass the message along to the next staff. She said no. She clearly couldn’t be bothered to work here. Don’t stay here. Breakfast is 12.50 euro per pax . The price on trip.com is not accurate. Also there’s like 6 steps to climb up to the tiny elevator that only fits 4 pax

Despite the amazing location, I would never stay here ever again. The building and facilities are in desperate need of an update, the keys are actually keys, not key cards. The room we were initially given was horrendous, it was dingy and small with barely enough room to open our carry-on luggage. Disappointedly furnished; no lamps or side tables, only a bed, desk and chair. The window opened to nowhere, just another wall with a small window facing ours. The desk looked like it went through war and back, scratched all over the surface. The room was not properly cleaned; when I pulled out the chair there was an unidentifiable substance on it that looked absolutely disgusting (Photo attached). I went to reception to discuss this issue because that was simply an unacceptable standard. The receptionist said she could call the cleaner to have it cleaned the next morning and that all the other rooms were booked full for the night. I then asked her if we could get a refund and just cancel the stay because my mom and I would rather stay somewhere else if that was the case. She then took a minute on the computer and gave me keys to a different room on the top floor telling me it was the last room they had and we could move there instead. The new room she gave us was much nicer and brighter; it was spacious with more furnishings and a large window that opened to the main street. The bathroom was a bit strange with the sink and shower in a small room, and the toilet across in a closet-like room. Be warned, there is no hair conditioner, only 3-in-1 wash. One outlet was inoperable. The rest of the facilities were pretty subpar, there is one small elevator that fits 2 people so sometimes taking the stairs is faster. Breakfast was decent enough. All in all, it was not worth the price. The hotel's only selling point is the location.

The hotel is just in front of the central station so it's very convenient. The staff were very nice. Regarding the room, AC was not working well and the room was not very clean maybe due to a bit old building.

Great location opposite the station. Reception is kind and friendly. Would recommend for short stay as affordable and convenient.

Good location, we arrived late at night and we were lucky to find a parking spot in front. Front desk service was a friendly man, rooms are unfortunately not the best and shower does not have a curtain. Overall I have seen better hotels for the same price but to stay only one night it is a decent place.

The hotel service staff was top notch and always willing to help. Amenities will need to be improved but overall still a good hotel.

Very bad experience. The room was large but lacked infrastructure, with no exhaust fan in the bathroom and no curtains in the window facing the bathtub. And I don't think we're sensitive. Two of the three people at the front desk seemed to discriminate against Asians, and they were assigned a room at the end of the hallway that didn't even have Wi-Fi connectivity. Then when we left, we tried to deposit our luggage, but said, "It's full." I've stayed in hotels of all prices, cheaper than this and more expensive than this, but I've never seen anything like this. If this was a mistake, then apologize. If there is no misunderstanding, this hotel is highly not recommended. 而且应该不是我们敏感，碰到了三个前台人员其中的两个都似乎歧视亚洲人，给分到了的房间在走廊最最里头，连Wi-Fi都连接不上。然后我们走的时候，想要寄存一下行李，却说，满了没法存。不同价位的旅馆都住过，比这便宜的比这贵的都有，从来没有碰到过这样的。如果这是个误会，那为此道歉。如果不是误会，那么非常不推荐这个旅馆。

Hotel is in need of major renovations, the carpets had stains and walls had holes in the hallways. The room had one curtain missing, the toilet was also not secured properly and needed new caulking. Room door was a little loose, every time there was wind in the hallways the door would always rattle. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything. Only good thing about this place is the proximity to the central train station.

Antique hotel ! Perfect location and you can keep your luggages at the hotel and travel around Vienna freely even after you checked out!!

The hotel is located across Wien Hbf. It's not quite the traditional city centre of Vienna but there are buses, tramways and Metro line 1 that bring us to different tourist spots. The hotel itself is a bit old. The sound proof of the door in the room is poor and the shower is not strong enough. The wash basin is very small as well.
