Overall stay at the blu radisson triest was excellent. The service staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms very pristine. I feel as though this hotel is very underrated and well worth the value

The hotel is very nicely renovated, with plenty of lobby spaces as well. But the service is pretty bad - stuff seems to be not very comptetent. Some rooms amentites were missing and only delivered when requested: e.g. a coffee machine in the premium room. Check-in lasted forever, staff was not sure where the room is located, not explaining how to get there and where is what. Rooms generaly clean (also because very new), but cleaning was insufficient: empty water bottles not removed, tissue fallen from the bed table left lying on the floor. Breakfast was alright, but also below regular Radisson Blue standards.

Stayed there one night for short business trip. Great hotel newly renovated and located in the city centre close to all major Vienna sights. Very good cuisine. Definitely this will be my number one choice when I am back in Vienna in the future.

The Filipino lady who checked me in was unpleasant during all of my many encounters with her. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Very nice Hotel far enough from crowded places but next to underground station and three blocks from the Opera House. Very friendly personnel, quiet room and good service for reasonable price.

We had such a great time in this hotel. We loved the vibe, outside seating for coffe or cocktails. We had a spacious and very comfortable room, our kids loved the big walk-in shower. Breakfast was very fresh, offer was just wide enough for everybody to choose what they like. The location is excellent, we walked everywhere. It is not a family hotel, so don't expect any kids facilities, but we never use them anyway. It would be nice to have some stools and toilet seats for small guests, it costs nothing. Otherwise, we absolutely loved our stay and will surely come back.

Room very clean and comfortable but………..we had to ask for room to be serviced, apparently they have a green policy which you forego room service (for 3 nights) and are rewarded with a voucher for 2 soft drinks. I returned the voucher, what an insult to the guest and the value of the cleaners. Breakfast was ok although the restaurant was very compact and badly laid out. Guest sitting on tables with other guests, not very comfortable. My partner was disappointed to realise there was no Green Tea at breakfast or in the rooms, no offer to provide it so we bought our own. Usually available in most hotels. Requested more coffee, milk etc in room and returned to a cup of coffee pods, although no coffee machine ? Definitely not up to Radisson standards. Location is really good for City Centre with convenient access to metro and trams. One massive Pro….great pub “ Trinity “ across the road. Great food, drink, atmosphere and friendly staff.

Hotel was clean and the bedroom was big with a lovely comfortable bed. The hotel was in a good location. However I wouldn't recommend the hotel, the staff was overly friendly to be honest. As a Radisson hotel I do expect a 'have a good day' or a 'good bye' when you leave the hotel. The staff on the whole just didn't seem to have that Radisson customer service feel. The restaurant in the hotel was really average and over priced with the service being very slow and not great, please eat out! The breakfast was average but was ok for a few nights stay. I did find the hotel a very weird layout especially when I walked around for ages trying to find the gym which I did find the sauna off when they said it would be on at a certain time. I wouldn't recommend the hotel but I couldn't complain about the comfort & cleanliness of the rooms

Booked the hotel through booking for a girls trip. Selected 1 room with two single beds. Got the confirmation. Arrived, checked in, paid, got with the friend to the room, saw there’s only one double bed. I looked for the reservation to see if maybe that’s mistake on my side, unfortunately there was no info about types of beds. But checked the offerings and there’s superior room with single beds and standard with double. On my reservation was superior. Went to the reception to explain the situation. The guy working there was super unhelpful and condescending. The only thing he was able to say was ‘it’s booking’s problem, not ours. Take it up with them. Bye.’ Not even sorry. Also zero information at check in they did not have the room that was initially booked and if we’re okay with that.
