Just opened Ver clean and beautiful Wonderfully pool and bar at the rooftop The aircondation at the Rooms are a bit to loud

Although just open and some startup issues.. did not experience any discomfort from this. Friendly staff, great cuban vibe at the rooftop bar, good food and drinks

The hotel is verry confortable and well situated in the heart of the city. The restaurant and the roof top bar are impressive, offering good views.

Good location, service, scenery, restaurants, atmosphere. Rooms usually small, less comfortable than expected.

We arrived and the room booked was to small so they upgraded us no questions and at every turn when we requested something, they had it immediately from cables, ice, towels, anything was possible and instant!

Loved our stay with a great vibe, super friendly staff and delicious cocktails. It's a shame about not being able to sit outside on the terrace on the entrance level after 22.30 o'clock.

Good location, comfortable and chic. Super lovely staff. Breakfast a la carte, no room service. Features- from safety to proper hairdryers- that makes this great for female travellers

I feel the hotel lacked the high level of service expected for its price. The bed was very comfortable but there were design flaws in the room, and the bar service was very slow. There is also no room service currently.

This is possibly the worst hotel I’ve stayed in for years. It’s trying to be edgy and happening and seems to prioritise walk in custom for bars and breakfast over residents. Many residents will also be so called members so in essence are paying twice. The room is suitable for a single person. There is no bathroom privacy. The storage hanging space is tiny. The hotel is extremely noisy and carries on well after midnight with no concern for guests. It is extremely expensive for a Best Western experience! They are understaffed and struggling. If this is how a Hoxton experience is going to be then I will not be staying at any others even if they do indeed look nice. If you are a poseur and have a lot of money this is the place for you. If you want a good experience with clean towels and your bin being emptied then this place isn’t. Breakfast pancakes, when you eventually get served, are very good!
