Breakfasts were amazing, British tea style. The rooms were quaintly decorated and bed was comfy. Great service and location. No complaints. Although this hote is not accessible so not a good option for mobility issues.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and polite and they had a welcome drink ready in our room. We were able to check in a few hours earlier too!

The property is beautiful, the breakfast was exceptional, the staff was very friendly and the housekeeping was excellent. One of the best stays ever, great value we highly recommend it.

The Pendray Inn is a unique hotel among the many hotels in downtown Victoria. Such a classy, elegant place. The room was wonderful, spacious and the victorian wooden furniture and wallpaper gave lovely vibe. The bed was modern and comfy, the views of the harbour were beautiful. Most importantly the staffs were extraordinary, kind and attentive. The breakfast included in the room and it is delicious, served on 3-tiered plates, like the famous high tea in the afternoon. We had a great long weekend here, and we’ll be back.

The property was very unique. I did request a king room and booked a king room and got a double bed for a friend of mine and myself so that wasn’t cool it’s an older location, so it smells a little musty but the staff was really good.

Very close to everything of interest to me like downtown, the parliaments, fisherman’s wharf etc. but it’s an old building with old building charm- like our towel holder falling off the wall and half the electricity in the room being out. But all issues were fixed by staff. Otherwise a good stay 👍

This is an absolutely charming boutique hotel. Situated in an old house, there are many beautiful heritage features, and they have done a terrific job with the design. The bed was comfortable, as were the two armchairs, I loved the old-fashioned radiator that I could hang my pyjamas on to warm them up. If you are looking for the Fourseason hotel, this is not for you. But if you want something charming and unusual, you will love this place. I also enjoyed my visit to the spa. I had a great facial there. The final highlight was the lovely breakfast in the tea room. I highly recommend this stay.

This place is an absolute Gem! Had a wonderful stay and the breakfast was amazing! They were even able to accommodate my celiac. Each room is completely unique. Felt like we went to England for the night.

When we got there they gave us a room that someone was already occupying.., a little embarrassing when we walked in on them. Then they gave us a great room but it didn’t have a shower… otherwise great place to stay, very historic!
