I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! One of the highlights was the free bike rental, which made exploring the area so much fun and convenient. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise; the homemade croissants and pastries were absolutely delicious and added a delightful touch to our mornings. The billiard room was a great way for our family to relax and enjoy some quality time together. We also found the coin laundry service incredibly handy, especially during our extended stay. Overall, a wonderful experience that made us feel right at home!

The staff was very friendly, and the complimentary kayak service was excellent! It was the best choice for the price, and I would love to visit again.

Location is neutral, as there is not much around to see or eat. From the outside, it looks dated as well, but you'll be surprised once you step inside. It is exceptionally well-maintained and clean. Breakfast room even has a pool table for your enjoyment. If you have a car, this is a great place to stay.

A very cozy place where you feel like at home, the friendly staffs is a great catch, the 2 girls who started at 5 am preparing your breakfast always carry a sweet smile that makes you day with great start, Gloria and Darren always take the extra mile to make suggestions for places to visit and dine caring to your preferences, the man in charge, Sam, really impressed me how far they go to make a conventional hotel business with great concern to being Green, the team there makes it different from the others and I would recommend anyone who is visiting Victoria to book yourself couple of nights there

Amazing experience and great service clean rooms

The room and service are very good, and the breakfast and all-day drinks are very thoughtful. If the hotel's exterior decoration and breakfast food can be improved, the cost performance can be 100 points. Thank you!

Facilities: There is a coffee machine, air conditioning, a 1.8-meter bed and a sofa bed of about 1.35 meters. My friend booked another hotel, which advertised a double bed, but it was actually two 1.35-meter beds. Compared with the hotel he booked, the room here is very spacious. In general, the price-performance ratio is good. Hygiene: relatively clean Environment: convenient parking Service: The waiter helped to open the sofa bed. When he saw that I brought 4 children, he took the initiative to ask me if I wanted to add another blanket. Because the coffee machine and air conditioning were used at the same time, the power was cut off. The front desk guy was very good and went upstairs to solve the problem quickly with one phone call. Wi-Fi requires a code. I said it was a bit difficult to understand on the phone, and he sent it to me again. Breakfast: Foreign breakfasts cannot be compared with domestic ones. I entered the breakfast room and searched for a long time before I found bread slices and yogurt. Coffee milk is standard, and eggs need to be asked by the waiter. However, it is good for a budget hotel to include breakfast.

The appearance and environment are poor, but the room has been renovated and is large and clean, with free parking and breakfast included. When placing the order, I saw that the breakfast was buffet style, but when I checked in, the restaurant was under renovation and it was changed to room service. It was just two or three slices of toast, a boiled egg, a small cup of coffee and tea. It was a very poor breakfast! The upside is that the room is big and clean and the bathroom is very nicely decorated! If you are traveling with a family, it is not recommended to stay here!

The room is large and suitable for family travel. The surrounding environment is elegant and the transportation is convenient. The hotel has been established for more than 60 years and there is a huge tree over 200 years old, which is very historical.

The internal facilities are cleanly maintained and quiet. Also all the staff are very friendly. I inquired about a deposit refund and they were very responsive. Thank you very much.

The waiters were very indifferent, one of them had an extremely bad attitude and would not recommend Chinese people to stay here at all.
