Quay Apartments Clarence House

Location is convenient. Building is office purpose, rooms are concentrated in a level. Reception is nice and helpful View is good

Train station and shopping areas are within walking distance. Cleanliness is up to standard. Friendly and considerate staff. Before our arrival, they switched on the air cooler to cool down the room on a hot day. We were happy to be able to enjoy a great meal using the kitchen facilities. Coffee machine with 2 selection of coffee were provided for our own bought breakfast which we enjoyed.

從火車站步行去公寓十分鐘，公寓位於一棟寫字樓裏，剛去需要前台幫忙開一下門。接待的是一位大媽，人非常的友好和熱情。辦理完入住進入房間，房間是兩室一廳，可以做飯，炊具很齊全，但是由於衹住一天沒有體驗。體驗感很好，有家的感覺。

Great apartment for a one night stay for the rugby. Helpful staff on reception. Parking next door in multi storey..£5.00 for 24 hrs. Easy walk to the train station, about 10 mins, and one stop into Cardiff Central. Apartment was clean and secure. Short walk in the morning along the river for a great cooked breakfast at the Drago Lounge. Would definitely stay again.

Initial room had to be changed due to a previous visitor breaking rules and smoking in room (awful - not Quay's fault), they sorted the change quickly and my eventual apartment was nice, very clean and we'll set out. Views over Newport from the 9th floor. Unfortunately due to the height windows don't open to regulate temperature of space. Bed was ok, but rather than being a double mattress it was 2 singles and a marked separation between the 2. Soaps, tea and coffee provided which was very good. Shower if powerful, always a plus. 11am checkout was good and parking availability in the multistorey under the building is great, especially at only £5 for 24 hours. Paid for at reception - just park and go into the building.

On first hand the apartment looks well appointed, but after a while the flaws arise. Firstly, the car park is rat ridden and had little lighting. More uncomfortable was the bed (see photos). Basically it was 2 singles pushed together poorly, which resulted in the bed sagging and being incredibly uncomfortable.

The accommodation is on the upper floors of office type block, i stayed on the 9th floor. The room was spotless, furnished to a high standard and kitchen well stocked with cutlery, plates etc. Will definitely stay again when working here. The car attached to the building is ok and only £5 per night. There were a couple of odd folk around but they were no bother.

Property was clean and reasonable. No key for front door so left waiting outside for night porter to return from toilet

Amazing apartment second time visiting this place… would definitely be back again!!
