Stayed here for 3 days for my wedding. Everything is good and the apartment is very spacious and modern. My family enjoyed staying here

Hotel room is nice and clean. Came for a night stay, location is good. However, i was shocked to learn that this is also a quarantine hotel. Sharing same check-in and same lift with those who are here to supposedly isolate themselves. During check in, i even saw quarantine guests came down to collect takeaway food at the lobby. I asked the front desk, is this hotel a quarantine hotel, and he said yes but they stayed at different floor. To me , it makes no difference if we are sharing same check in counter and sharing same lift. There should be some notification to non-quarantine guests when we place the booking so we are well aware of it.

Service overall good. Nice location. Front desk tiptop. Just waterheater not functing well. But no worries.

Very poor WiFi service. Came with my wife and we asked for an extra room key to no avail. Can’t believe a hotel runs out of room keys. Room is small and TV very poor chqnnel options with most local TV shows. Not for foreigners

We stayed in Az Apartment Labuan for 2 nights room L5-29.. Next day when the Housekeeping cleaning our apartment we were about to go out for lunch 1 of the maid cleaning the toilet didnt say anything about the broken toilet cover.. We didnt even noticed when we checked in that it has already broken. Insisting us to pay RM100, called the boss or owner whatever la, still insisting to pay. With my heavy heart just paid and left. That was the 1st and the last entering that horrible place.. Even when u asking for extra keys ignorance according to them allowed to give 2 key rooms 1 lift 1 car.. But we are having 3 rooms and we need 3 room keys and lift.. It is a standard procedure (takut hilang as per staff) so ignorance. We selfservice our luggage and pull the trolly up to the room i dont know if this a procedure ... and the staff mostly are not friendly at all.. I would not recommend to stay there..not a friendly place to stay.

There were awful maintenence works during my stay. Everyday, since the early morning I've reached hotel stuff many times and asked them to stop that, but nobody cares. They just do not think about their clients. I was very disappointed. Those drills and hummers do not allow you to stay in your room during the day time. And also they do not have any fridges in the room. So be prepared. Room was pretty nice, but is was also full of ants.
