Hotel looks run down from the outside but inside is very nicely decorated with a modern feel. Rooms have a strange layout but you can drive round to park by your room if you are on level 1. The public areas to get to the rooms are very tired and run down (carpet lifting from the floor) but the rooms are well decorated, modern, light and clean. Good workspace and power access. Bed was ok but I did not sleep so well. Shower is small. Restaurant in the evening has a good menu and the food quality was good. Breakfast is a very good selection of what you would expect in Italy.

A typical stopover hotel for people on a roadtrip. Close to the highway and not much to see or do around the hotel. The hotel itself is comfortable and modern. It has a very interesting layout; a big semi-circle of two floors with pool and lawn in the center and parking spaces on the outside directly accross each room. Room was big and bright with a terrace direcly on the center lawn. The restaurant stayed open late which is convenient for late arrivals. There was a private party on the terrace so only inside seating possible. Service was friendly and quick enough. Unfortunately there is no options to charge your electric car. Even in the area around the hotel I did not find anything.

Very clean & bright hotel. I like the second door to separate noise from the hallway & the bedroom, I love the shower that had 3 settings. The bed was huge. I liked the convenience of parking right outside the room. Breakfast was very good. The spa was awesome. Only negatives was the internet (could not connect) and no English channels on tv. The hotel is close to the freeway and there’s signage to find it but little within walking distance. There is a mall several blocks away. I would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is located about 15 minutes drive from the centre of Vicenza. I attended a class reunion there and it was perfect for a group visit. The building is nondescript and functional and the grounds are pleasant with a nice swimming pool and a spa. The room was large and comfortable enough. The buffet breakfast and the food in general were excellent. The price was quite reasonable and the staff very helpful. This is a good place to stay if you are in a group but is not convenient if you wish to be close to town.

The hotel staff (Denise from the events team and especially Monica from the front office) were all super helpful and very nice throughout the whole stay. The room was nice for a two nights stay and the food in the restaurant delicious (Lunch & dinner). One fact was not understandable for me, how can you charge €305,00 for a meeting room which did not even have pen and paper on the desk neither a glass or bottles of water. After requesting some water we got plastic cups which were easy to flip. Furthermore we got charged for a big pot (Samowa) of black coffee (no milk only sugar) and a plat full of cookies (see attached) for EURO 150,00 (16 persons). Wow crazy and shocking at the same time! I know that some parts of North Italy are expensive but this is ridiculous!

Personale gentilissimo Avevo valige enormi.. comodo il parcheggio contro la mia stanza. Sono stata benissimo letto enorme e comodissimo. Ristorante ottimo complimenti allo chef. Non ho avuto il tempo di provare la Spa. Merita altra visita. Grazie.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza al Viet Hotel è stata tutt'altro che soddisfacente. Sin dal mio arrivo, il servizio alla reception è stato scortese e poco accogliente. check-in 25 marzo 2025 Camera molto grande, con arredi datati. Il bagno, poi, lasciava davvero a desiderare: sanitari usurati e una doccia con problemi. SPA non in linea con le aspettative, bevevano birra e tono di voce molto alto assenza di controllo. Il Wi-Fi non funzionava correttamente, il che è stato molto fastidioso considerando che avevo bisogno di connettermi per motivi di lavoro. La posizione dell’hotel è l’unica cosa positiva, ma non basta a compensare il resto. Non tornerò mai più in questa struttura e non la consiglio assolutamente. Ci sono molti altri hotel a Vicenza che offrono molto di più a un prezzo simile.

Ho scelto questo hotel perché molto comodo all'uscita dell'autostrada. Ho trascorso solo una notte. La camera avrebbe bisogno di qualche manutenzione: carta da parati che si sta staccando, lampadina che non funziona.. Il bagno ben curatocon vasca è doccia, set di cortesia ben fornito con bagno doccia, sapone intimo, spazzolini con dentifricio, saponette cuffia, asciugamano per doccia caldo, il phon da rivedere nancavano le veline ma un dettaglio. Un consiglio per evitare sprechi e ottimizzare i costi e essere più sostenibili ecologicamente mettere dispenser in bagno con i vari tipi di sapone. Il letto comodo cuscini un po alti, un po rumorosa.. C'è stato un rumore, che non ho ben capito, per tutta la notte. Colazione buffet abbondante e molto varia dal salato al dolce, gentilissima la cameriera che ci ha portato il caffè espresso dal bar. Nell'insieme bell'ambiente, curato, ben pulito appena entrata in camera buon odore e soprattutto niente moquette. Da ritornare e provare la S. P. A

Toujours bien depuis longtemps, malgré une situation géographique pas au top. Personnel gentil , chambre de bonne qualité et assez spacieuses, literie très bien, seul le petit déjeuner est à revoir, visiblement un problème de cuisinier le jour ou nous sommes venus ? Bref, c'est un peu l'équivalent d'un Novotel, c'est pas mal ! Parking facile.
