超過預期，酒店外觀不咋樣，裏面特別乾淨舒服，去海邊特別近，大床很舒服，比之前住的五星級酒店的還要好。參加了小鎮的狂歡節，服務人員也特別熱情。

it was one of my best days and the people were very friendly and helpful. the hotel is so nice for a city near the sea But Parking , Bicycle and Motorcycle are the worst thing in the city you must open your front and back eyes coze they come from no where but in general was some days of my life and i am planing to come back in the neaere future. price wasn't good comparing to the hotels around but the rooms where quit and clean

We stayed 11 nights at Vi Suites - Smart Room. We are very happy with the hote. Very friendly people at the front desk, that was always friendly and helpful. Wide and firm double bed, cold fridge, good kitchenette, and a 50 " smart tv! Perfect. The room felt modern, fresh and luxurious. The rooftop was perfect for relaxation, sunbeds, and 2 Jacuzzis. You could rent a wonderful citybike for 3 euro per hour - and 12 euro for the whole day. I used the bike almost every day, and found many bikelanes, and streets with little traffic. You can also use the bikes to find free beaches. There are many great supermarkets in the area, and lovely food, like Pizzo Pizzerias. Viareggio was the perfect city as a hub for Tuscany. Short train ride to like Pisa, Lucca and Cinque Terre. We will absolutely love to come again to this hotel and Viareggio, and we can reccomend it. And yes, the A/C is very good. Also there is an ok gym, and washing machine and dryers for 4 euro per session. We already miss you VI suites, and the lovely staff. Best Regards Mrs & Mr Engstrom.

Lovely modern, spacious apartment. The roof terrace is a gorgeous space to enjoy the sun and it’s in a great location. The reception staff are really friendly and helpful and the apartment has all the amenities needed to make the stay really comfortable.

Perfect location near the beach. Everything was excellent except for the sofa bed which way to soft and bubbly.

The hotel was modern and spotless. Everyone was super helpful and kind. Just a couple blocks from the beach! We were so lucky to find this gem. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway from the city.

Great experience at VI Suites! We arrived after the front desk closed, but were able to get in the building with a code sent to us through WhatsApp and easily check-in with their automated system. The room was very large and had the amenities of any other hotel (shampoo, body wash, etc) but with the additional bonus of a little kitchen to use. We especially loved the extra cold air conditioning and how dark the room got with the automated shutters. We had to set an alarm or we would’ve slept the day away in pure comfort. The large rooftop patio was also a nice little perk to our stayed. We spent multiple nights up there enjoying a bottle of wine from a store around the corner (Conad). The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beach that this hotel partnered with was a 5 minute walk and cost €25 for the day. All the beaches are private, so this was expected and we were happy to pay to get the comfy loungers and umbrella. Overall, highly recommend!

It’s nice having a feeling of comfort with that of this residence and t’s surrounding residence. The staff was VERY pleasant and helpful.
