Beautiful home in a charming area; very convenient to bourbon tours and horse farms. The breakfast was delicious and the suites that we had were wonderful; immaculate and very nicely decorated and equipped. Robin the owner was great, very accommodating, helpful and friendly. We can’t wait to come back for a longer stay!

This is a lovely, well-run Bed and Breakfast. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless, and the decorative touches are interesting, but not overwhelming—sometimes bed and breakfasts have too many collectibles, pillows, etc and can seem too cluttered. Both times we’ve stayed at Rose Hill the beds and pillows have been exceptionally comfortable. The Inn is walking distance to the Amsden Bourbon Bar, and close the Keeneland—my favorite racetrack.

My wife and I along with two other couples spent my wife’s birthday weekend at the Rose Hill Inn, and had a great time. Robin, Rachel and the entire staff are amazing. This was our second visit to RHI and won’t be the last! Not only are the accommodations outstanding, the service is wonderful and the location is great. Can’t wait to come back!

The perfect place to stay the night of our wedding! Very comfortable, cozy place to land after a big day. All the details felt very thoughtful and intentional. Staff was very kind and helpful when we were trying to find the Inn at night. Highly recommend.

One of the best B&Bs we’ve ever stayed in. Beautifully renovated and decorated with both period pieces and modern touches. The Library Suite is huge - 14 foot ceilings, 2 large rooms and bath. The living area/library is cozy and inviting even with soaring ceilings. The King bed was very comfortable with just the right amount of bedding for the changing temperature of fall. The breakfasts were excellent with 3 standard choices and a special each day. The Vanilla Bourbon French Toast is was a highlight. So much attention to detail on every level. Robin and Rachel are hostess extraordinaire! Convenient location near downtown Versailles, horse farms, Keeneland race track and numerous Bourbon distilleries.

Top tier in excellence!! The Rose Hill Inn is by far the highest in quality service, amenities, and comfort. In this day and age it is very difficult in finding real Bed and breakfast locations, Robin & Rachel along with other staff we absolutely amazing! We felt right at home and given such a lovely suite, impressed with all the amenities like robes, drinks and snacks. Breakfast made every morning as you selected the day before, four options were provided. Made to order and ready at the time we arrived!! Quiet and cute town, able to walk down to Main Street for shops and dinning. I will be coming back!!!

The Rose Hill In was exquisitely decorated. Rachel and Robin were gracious host and just lovely. My suite was quite spacious and beautifully appointed. I especially enjoyed looking out the windows from my suite. The view was magical. Rachel and Robin prepared a wonderful breakfast with many options. I plan to return next year and highly recommend..

We had a great stay at the Rose Hill Inn. My wife and I walked to town and all the restaurants/ shops. It was very convenient. The Inn is well appointed and the hosts are very friendly! The breakfast was awesome as well - especially the bourbon French toast. We will plan to stay here the next time we are in town.
