Dreaming Arena Rooms

This is a self-service hotel. The whole "hotel" (4 rooms?) is located in the 3rd FLOOR WITHOUT ELEVATOR/LIFT!!! I nearly lost my reservation and ended in the middle of the night in front of a closed door because I didn't know that YOU HAVE TO EMAIL THEM FOR THEM TO SEND YOU A 2 PAGES WHATSAPP WITH INSTRUCTIONS in English on HOW TO GET INTO THE PROPERTY!! I couldn't read half of it, as it was too long for the App to fully display it. They don't send it by email. They should have sent that information automatically! nobody answers their phone or WhatsApp. The room was very nice but the STAIRS are a KILLER, especially with suitcases or after a long day walking beautiful Verona. It would have been fine if it was cheap, but for a place without service of any kind or assistance, it is a very expensive AirB&b.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel perché abbiamo assistito al concerto di Nick Cave all'Arena di Verona e quindi l'abbiamo trovato comodo per la posizione, che a mio avviso è uno dei suoi pochi aspetti positivi. Inizio col dire che quando siamo arrivati e abbiamo suonato il campanello è arrivato il proprietario seccatissimo dalla nostra presenza. Abbiamo visto la camera, abbastanza accogliente, ma il bagno era un disastro: il water ogni tanto faceva dei rumori strani, la porta della doccia era rotta e il muro sembrava fatto di cartone. Infine la mattina ci aspettavamo la colazione (inclusa nella prenotazione) ma abbiamo scoperto che non sarebbe mai arrivata. Devo dire che per 50 euro a testa si trova di meglio. Non consiglio.
