Very small room, clean and with great view. The price is very high. We payed 750 ron/night all inclusive for 2 person.We went in first decade of june. I found better offer In France Cote D Azure

Its just pur second year here. Last time was much better. This time, the organising of this hotel is under any common sense. Starting with check in 5 people in 2 hours. Food constantly finishing. Poverty queue for some snacks, that you had high chances of finishing when you reach them. It was a disaster. When I raised some of this concerns the mananger dismissed it, I dont know if the management changed from last year. But its is going down heal.

Kids will definitely not get bored there. The food was not targeting the international market but local one. The hotel does not have a direct access to the beach since you need to cross a road and walk for a bit. There are many activities around the hotel so I advise to have a look .

Very disorganized and miserable, the beach looks disastrous, dirty sunbeds and bad smelling mattresses.. ants in the room. Services below the level of very high costs. The playground staff rude to parents and children. A very bad experience

Recomand for families,good entertainment for kids,mascots,kids club,activities,playground,poll with slide for kids and adults .We enjoy a lot 4 days,all inclusive (the food was amazing,fresh an variety of dishes).The room was a little bit smaller and with an extra bed,less space.For cleaning I have to give 2*,we change 2 rooms,bad smell in the bathroom (room 109).

Lovely staff, greeting with kindness, really clean, fresh, I've stayed in the villa, the pool was clean. Not only they have a big pool, also a small one. They have a great bar with unlimited drinks. One bad thing about this, is that they don't have that much food for kids who are picky, I would love it if they could add some chicken nuggets, chicken strips ect. Overall, This experience is great, I will come back this summer.

All in all it was a beautiful experience, I discovered a clean resort, very diverse and good food, enough sunbeds, kind staff. Pluses: food, cleanliness, beach, playground for children Minuses: rather small room (it compensates for the balcony), the fitness room has to be paid for separately, the hotel's parking is limited, you are not offered a package instead of breakfast if you leave at night (in the past it was offered something very substantial, now in the evening we got promised some sandwiches, but at night...unfortunately, there was nothing prepared), the place of the stage is not a well-thought-out one, it had to be separated from the terrace, with enough seats for everyone, because if you have a child and want to watch it with watching the evening performances, you either come 2 hours before to get a table close to the stage, or you stand in that crowd of parents and you don't see very well what the child is doing.

The resort is a very good choice if you have kids. The food is very good, you have plenty to choose from, drinks are also ok. Spirits are only served between 13-15 and after 19. The children’s pool has warm water, adults are only allowed in it standing. There is also an indoor kids club by the pool, and a big playground. We visited in July and this year it was extremely crowded, we had to wake up around 7:30 to find well placed sunbeds (in a sunny area). Sometimes leaving the sunbeds unsupervised for more than 30 minutes would lead to the lifeguards removing the belongings from them. The room was clean but very small if you are more than 2 persons… the bathroom is even tinier, almost impossible to shower an infant together with the parent. The bed is however big enough, we fitted 2 adults and a toddler. The pillows were too big for us, and they provide 4 of them……. We barely found a place to put 2 of them away from the bed. Sometimes the maids are vacuuming the hallways early in the morning or during the afternoon nap. The people who clean the tables in the restaurant, who are from Nepal, are prompt and very nice, always smiling and waving to small children. Overall it was a nice experience.

Overall good experience, but some important aspects to consider... The beach is not very close to the hotel. There are 3 water slides, but be cautious. The blue one (the longest and you would expect it to be the fastest) doesn't work properly and is dangerous. It's too slow, you get basically stuck in the middle of it (many guys had this problem). When I went on it, I got stuck as well and had to push myself with my hands. In the meantime, there was a lady with a child who was sliding with a moderate speed and we were very close to have an accident. The beachboy who was upstairs didn't care. He probably has no idea what a brain trauma means... He allowed them to slide before making sure I was off the slide. At the checkout, the cleaning lady said we used some drinks from the minibar, even though we didn't and actually we left her the wine bottle we got present from the hotel. Not a big deal, so didn't lose time to prove it, but left some unpleasant impression.
