LIVING ROOMThe living room features a high end quintessential Cali costal design and is located on the first floor and has super high vaulted ceilings. It features a custom made Joybird sofa, authentic Herman Miller chair, fine refurbished mid-century furniture, and a large ROKU smart TV. Large glass doors open up to the front patio which faces the small beach and park across the street. DINING ROOMThe mid-century coastal dining room on the first floor has a table that seats 8 with 6 additional seating right next to it around the kitchen island and wet bar.KITCHENThe posh and expansive kitchen features a clean, bright, high end coastal design and has room for many cooks. It has a humongous island, designer Cafe appliances and is very well-equipped for a large crowd.
