We recently stayed at your hotel and this was the most disgusting hotel. First the check in process was horrible we arrived at 2:20 were told we have to wait until no rooms available ok that is fine since check in was for 3 pm at 3:15 still no room available after the front desk lady check with manager we were given a room that she said she had to have permission to do since it goes for $10 more a night on bottom floor. This room smelt bad when we entered. When we took a shower the tub filled the water took almost 2 hours to drain. We told front desk in the morning we were told maintenance would take a look however when we returned that afternoon the tub was in the same condition as it was when we left the room. This room had food in the furniture, under the sink in the bathroom, bugs and cobwebs on the window sill on the inside, there was rings dresser along with some sort of sticky substance, holes in the drapes, the sheets and bed cover. This hotel also is pet friendly which would be fine if not all the rooms were allowed pets the hair sticks in the carpets which was absolutely disgusting you walk on it bare feet and your feet a black. There was bare nail on the board from the carpet to the floor into the sink area that I stepped on. There was no housekeeping service we had to front desk ask for clean towels and we didn't have a lot of trash but we still had to take it out ourselves. This place is totally unacceptable from a health standpoint and should be reported. I don't expect a full refund however I would like to see at least a half refund. I won't be staying at this hotel again and at this point I would not recommend which is a shame La Quinta had always been a good clean and respected hotel I don't know what has changed to what it is now.
