Hotel Provenza

The sheets very clean and good towels. BUT the noise. On a busy road so awful with window open. And then from 4 pm until 10 pm booming music from gym next door. Worst place I have stayed in for very long time. If you stay here take ear plugs. Air conditioning is not great either

I had booked here so we would have easy access to our trip to Monaco for the F1 Race, but found it really was not the best location, even though it had been recommended. I had tried to book with my Amex card, but they sent me a note telling me they did not accept that credit card even though it is on their brochure. Most importantly- The hotel website and brochure both stated they had a shuttle service to the train station, which we found out was false. This is one reason I booked with them, so we’d have easy access to the train station, and now we were stuck! Our room was clean and had everything we needed, but the location was not the best cause it was about a mile from city center and train station. Thought it would be nice to be near the water, but Unfortunately they were also working on the beach with construction, so not easily accessible. The hotel breakfast was only sweets and caffe/juice and cost extra $$, which I thought was too much considering the price of the room was not cheap. The worst part of our stay was how difficult it was to get a taxi back to the train station & it was too far for us to walk with our luggage. Big thanks to our desk clerk “Chantelle”, who had to call the taxi service for us several times to even get them to come pick us up. Then once we did get a ride of 1 Mile the driver charged us double what it cost when we had our initial ride from the same train station to the hotel— what a rip-off! Obviously this is not much of a tourist area, and I will not bother to book in this town again, because services are quite lacking!

Hotel decisamente vecchio in tutto, assolutamente non da 3 stalle ma al massimo 1 Arredamento datato con la hall piena di mobili stipati nel sottoscale, camera se così la vogliamo chiamare, dato che ricavata da un bagno privato con porta sul corridoio (chiusa ma decisamente fuori luogo) e l'accesso alla terrazza, pulizia del tutto scarsa con polvere e bustine di sapone usate lasciate in doccia, letto veramente scomodo con materasso cedente, finestrone che da in una terrazza fatiscente e abbandonata dove non si può lasciarla aperta per far uscire la puzza di fogna perchè si affacciano altre camere e rischi di ritrovarti qualcuno in camera. Appena apri il finestrone che porta sulla terrazza vedi una buca nel muro con mobilio abbandonato, fuori ad uno dei finestroni ti ritrovi una caldaia, nel bagno dotazioni fatiscenti di saponi e rubinetti che perdevano, water che scendeva sempre l'acqua se non lo fermavi, insonorizzazione inesistente, tavoletta rotta sui ganci, armadio con cassetto rotto e l'altro che si apriva aprendo l'anta sopra, quadro elettrico in camera cosa non sicura, telecomando della "tv" rotto, scalino in bagno pericolosissimo specialmente nella notte, pulsanti della luce vicino la porta d'entrata e nulla vicino al letto e in bagno, colazione fuori dal prezzo della camera 8€ in più da prenotare il giorno prima con caffè bruciato e paste quasi crude, salato al limite del presentabile. Parcheggio con manto stradale veramente decrepito al costo di 15€ in più da prenotare anticipatamente in fase di prenotazione. Ragazza alla receptionist decisamente gentile per il resto decisamente da evitare.

Personnel accueillant hotel propre mais il est resté dans les années 70 des meubles jusqu'à la douche cassés la cuvette aussi le prix du parking est à 15 euros à 200 m nous avons la plage ville très festive et propre nous avons préféré prendre notre petit déjeuner en ville qui était nettement mieux niveau qualité.

Si vous voyez ce commentaire avant d'avoir réservez, Surtout ne réservez pas dans cette hôtel!!! Fuyez, Fuyez très loin, aller voir ailleurs même chez l'habitant ça sera 1000 fois mieux que ce taudis, sale et dégueulasse, à vomir!!! Plus jamais en plus le personnel est mal polis, n'allez pas dire que vous n'êtes pas prévenu. Parce que même pour demander un remboursement çà sera pas possible et on va vous engueulez comme si vous étiez le méchant de l'histoire.

Hotel all' apparenza bello e accogliente così come chi ci ha accolto il problema però sono le stanze piccole mobili molto vecchi e rubinetteria arrugginita. Il water é messo in una posizione scomoda con le ginocchia che sono dentro la doccia.noi non abbiamo fatto la colazione perché costava tanto,8euro e da quello che vedavamo salendo le scale c'era pochissima roba per 8€
