Hotel dekat Venice Biennale, Venice

The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the nearest pier. It is far away from the crowded commercial area and very quiet. My basic requirement for choosing a hotel is quietness. I sleep well at night. The front desk of the hotel is also very professional. Although I booked it through Ctrip, I showed my IHG membership and enjoyed dining discounts. But the room is indeed a bit small. It is about 20 square meters, which may be limited by the original design of the building.

The location is very convenient. St. Mark's Square and the water bus stop are very close. The style is quaint, some old, and all the so-called sense of history. Ordinary rooms are small, especially the ones that take the elevator downstairs. Because the itinerary changed, I stayed one day in advance and only booked the general room at this location. Feeling bad, dark and narrow. In particular, the next-door tenant still carries a dog, and does not understand that pets are allowed. The dog was calling all night and called the front desk to solve it. The back trip changed to the third floor suite and it felt good. Relatively quiet, there is a motor sound from the ships on the river.

Assuming that we will return very soon to this ”little” paradise, we will certainly return because the person who embodies Hospitality, Kindness, Professionalism, Exquisiteness, is Mr. Eugenio who, to define Receptionist - Concierge, would be an understatement for Him. A Great Professional, person very Human, Professional who honors his work by transmitting a great positive charge and makes the PANORAMA Hotel great, precisely with the desire to return immediately. Top service. Very clean structure, welcoming in all its parts, priceless to have the possibility of admiring Venice and its entire lagoon from the room. Excellent breakfast, Mr. Eugenio's colleagues are always available, attentive so that nothing is missing from your excellent breakfast. TOP 10 AND PRAISE

The hotel is a bit far from the main pier, it takes 10 or 20 minutes to walk, and you have to wait by bus, which is not very frequent. There is a close pier but not commonly used so it is not useful. The breakfast was good and the waiters were very courteous, worthy of praise! Instead, the person who should be the owner of the house at check-in is average. Room booked for 3 days, no hot water the next morning! Take a cold shower! It's cold to sick 😑 The photos of the room are too beautiful 😅

It was a nice experience overall. There is a €3.60 city tax per person per night that's added on and can only be paid in cash which was inconvenient. There is tea/coffee provided in the room, however, they also charge to refill them if you use any. Breakfast is an extra €5 per person and breakfast lasts less than 3 hours (7am-9:45am) which is a bit inconvenient if you want to sleep in or if you have to get up early. The desk staff is moderately friendly. When we first arrived they weren't too friendly but the evening and check out attendants were nicer. The room is pretty small and really only enough room to eat around the perimeter of the bed. The bathroom is decently sized, however, the shower didn't have a door so water pools out onto the floor unless you huddle close to the shower head and even then... The TV is very small and not easily seen if you are vision impaired. My biggest complaint, however, is how hard the bed was. There's little to no cushion on the mattress. I woke up both mornings I was there and had back and hip pain (I'm 28 yrs old in relatively good physical condition). It is close to sleeping on the floor. There was a closet with a nice amount of space to put our things. There is also am elevator to access the floors which was convenient on days that we walked a ton. The lobby is nice and clean and has some seating areas. We did not explore the bar or breakfast areas. The hotel itself is located near the water bus station for easy access to Venice. It is also on a strip of shops and restaurants. Granted most things on the island of Lido do close early and a lot of them are temporarily closed but still marked as open on Google maps. Plan accordingly and call places ahead of time. I've included pictures of the bathroom which was overall nice, however, I didn't take pictures of the bedroom as it was small and hard to get a good angle.

The hotel is very close to the water bus stop, just a few minutes walk away. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, and the service is warm and responsive. The room is very clean and tidy. Although the decoration style is relatively retro, the bathroom is still convenient to use. But unfortunately, unlike in China, the hotel does not provide drinking water, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers, which is not very convenient. Although you can boil water for drinking, there is a lot of scale in the kettle, which is disgusting to look at.

The staff are seriously amazing in both the hotel and restaurant. It doesn't have the flashiest decor, but the bed was comfortable, the breakfast simple but good quality. My single bathroom was small and cramped but still worked fine. Overall I would definitely return and recommend as the location was perfect...a max 10 minute walk from all the major attractions. The pizza in the restaurant was one of the best I ever had and big so I returned for my 2nd night.

The town and transport accessibility were wonderful. Nice staff. The room is not very cozy, overall, everything is ok

Hotel looking antique,clean n nice.However no electric kettle,coffee,tea,sugar n creamer sachets given.Room quite congested as outside view was facing other rooms.Lift available but Venice is not for old,sick,knee problems n with heavy bags travellers as we had to carry the luggages crossing few bridges to reach our hotel.

It's a great hotel. They have welcome drink(tea/coffee)and snack for free. the room was enough big. Have bathtub. There have 2station for Subway. My booking was include a breakfast. Under ground floor(-1floor)A lot of bread, fruits,ham and cheese. of couse coffee. but very classic style hotel. it doesn't have outlet(power socket place)beside a bet. Need to use long cable or move bedside table to use a rump outlet.
