A very disappointing experience!
1. Due to a flight delay, we didn’t arrive at the hotel until 3 a.m. There were two staff members at the front desk, but both were helping the same guest for an extremely long time — we had to wait for at least 25 minutes just to check in. We were exhausted.
2. When it was finally our turn, the check-in process was unbelievably slow. The staff were chatting with each other while assisting us, which was very unprofessional. They told us the hotel system was down — we understood and were patient. However, after we received the room keys, they suddenly told us the room hadn’t been paid for and asked us to pay again. We had to show proof on the app that payment had already been made during the booking process. Only then did they say, “Okay, you can go rest now.”
3. The next morning, someone entered our room without knocking, waking us up at around 10 a.m.! Then again at 11:30 a.m., another person entered without knocking. This happened twice before the 12 p.m. checkout time, which had been clearly confirmed by the front desk. Why was this allowed to happen?!
4. Towels at the sink had hair on them; there was not much toilet paper left.
Finally my expression may not be perfect, but this was undoubtedly a terrible and frustrating experience😡
