Saya menginap di kamar yang sama dan menginap di kamar yang sama terus menerus. Hotelnya sangat besar dan kamarnya sangat besar. Ini bisa dipuji👍Lokasinya relatif nyaman. Ada supermarket yang lebih besar sekitar sepuluh menit berjalan kaki. Fasilitas: bagus Kebersihan: sangat baik Lingkungan: bagus Layanannya luar biasa

Saya menghabiskan lebih dari 100 lebih dan memesan kamar dermaga dengan pemandangan sungai. Saya sangat kecewa. Saya hanya bisa melihat bangunan di seberangnya. Jendela kacanya kotor dan kepala pancuran kamar mandinya rusak kamar dengan pemandangan sungai? Kepala pancuran memercikkan air dan saya tidak mengambil gambar apa pun.

This hotel has the potential is being a very nice stay, they do however have a rather strange policy if deactivating the A/C systems in the rooms, to conserve energy, at the detriment to paying guests. My room was uncomfortably warm, the engineer suggested I keep the Windows open (gulp). The electricity socket board, also shut out in both rooms I was offered (a change of room due to above A/C issue). When it shuts down it renders the plugs invalid too. This is alot of hassle for paying guests to deal with, you'll frown if this occurred in an Airbnb, never mind a 4 star hotel. Staff were attentive, but that didn't resolve the underlying issues. Due to the above I'll be hesitant to rebook this hotel anytime soon.

For the price I paid, I was slightly disappointed. The hotel seemed old and is definitely due for a renovation. A lot of furniture in the room definitely needs replacement and care. Would recommend non-business travellers to look else where to stay in Mestre.

very quiet and comfortable room.bathroom was big with good facilities.the hotel was slightly away from the city in a safe office area but near a very big grocery store.the lady at the reception was very helpful and knowledgeable.

10 min. from city center. If you take a bus until 6.30pm you can use a bus close to the hotel.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Nothing palace-y about this hotel, no complimentary water, shower head pressure was terrible, gym provided no towel and water. Breakfast was average. You have to take a bus (about 15-20mins) to Venice Island.

It's really big room but very very old style and even NO USB cable socket into room and broken door and mirror.
