Nice hotel with beautiful canal view. Excellent breakfast.

Beautiful view and particular hotel with mostly 10 rooms. The only issue is the entrance door was locked when I came back late. But easily solved by contacting the receptionist.

酒店門不起眼很小，在橋邊很不起眼，位置很好。去哪裡都方便，樓下吃飯逛街，還挺安靜！大堂就是一個很小很小很侷促的空間，房間在歐洲算挺大，很好，意大利古典風格，衞生也不錯，衞生間挺大，沒有浴缸，淋浴小，不過熱水很好。挑高很有感覺！

房間很好，乾淨，早餐送到房間，周圍景點多，前台服務人員態度很好。

這個酒店的入住感如同酒店名稱一樣，讓人“歎息”。 定了一間景觀房，住了三個晚上，第一晚沒有Wi-Fi、沒有洗澡的熱水、沒有免費的水、沒有熱水壺。然後反饋的酒店，酒店給換了一樓房間，沒有景觀而且就在街鋪上面，每天都有些吵一直到晚上11點左右。 第二天算是平穩度過，衹是花了2500多一晚的景觀房變成了不到2000的普通無景房。 第三個晚上就悲催了，已經換過一次的房間又開始沒有熱水洗澡了，連前台説了都説我衹能怪自己運氣不好。 我不知道這是運氣還是酒店本身出了問題，一位女前台還説三樓沒有Wi-Fi她沒有聽客人反饋過…… 唉，一再一次歎息！2500多人民幣一晚上的這個水平 酒店，真的是坑了，不建議大家入坑。 給大家上圖看看換了房間後的窗外景對比吧，酒店説房間一樣也不給退差價

酒店位置距離聖馬可廣場，以及水上公交站非常近，遊玩和出行交通都相當便捷。

A great small hotel on a small canal near the bridge of sighs. Spacious rooms with good breakfast delivered by a friendly waiter each morning. Great view of the canal with Gondoliers going by regularly. Easy walking to restaurants, water transit, and St. Mark's Square.

The hotel has a perfect location, less than a minute walk to St Marks Square, less than a minute to the basilica, less than a minute to the restaurants, about ten min walk to the Rialto bridge, special mention to Rafaelli, the waiter at the second floor and of course Edgar, the Filipino bellman who helped us all the way to the train station. The rooms are quite small for a suite, but they are nice and the bathroom is also very functional with its classic lines and design, thre is a TV and also AC and the only downside is that it can get noisy at night when you open the window, hearing all the tourists walking by. There is a dock for the hotel for the water taxi, but make sure you arrive during low tide since the boats cannot dock during high tide. Would I stay here again? ONly if they turn on the air conditioning so we do not have to open the window. BTW, the breakfast buffet menu may be limited but the cold cuts, the croissant, coffee are all excellent

Amazing place. I would highly suggest the balcony suite. Gives a great experience. The front desk man was so much help. He was more concerned of us boarding the ship in Trieste and how we should get there. I didn't catch his name, but thank you! He is an awesome person and Rafael, the breakfast delivery guy is also the best! Great stay! I will be back!

No air conditioning made for very hot and stuffy rooms. We spent as little time in the rooms as possible because it was so uncomfortable. Everything else was top notch - room service was excellent (10 out of 10) - the rooms were nicely decorated and appointed. Staff was friendly and all spoke English well. Location is excellent and having its own boat dock is convenient.

This is a typical yet fabulous hotel in the middle of Venice. The staff are excelllent, it is located right on the water and so you can get your water taxi to take you right to the door from the airport. The in room breakfast is a real treat too, we will be back there 😁
