Wir können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen! Es war alles perfekt, die Fteundlichkeit des Personals ist nicht zu überbieten. Das reichhaltige Frühstück im Garten ist ein toller Start in den Tag. Lage top !

We arrived at 3.pm BUT there was no open reception. The door were locked and when we called the telephone numbers NOBODY pick up the phone. We wait 45 minutes before we can get in. The guy which opens the door CANT SPEAK ENGLISH! So we get NO Information. The smell was very strong in the floors as well in the rooms. In this tiny Hotel is NO RESTAURANT!!! So we get a tiny breakfast on a plate in front of the door (with an already open Marmelade! When we left the hotel, we GET NO INVOICE! We complain by email, than we get via WhatsApp the receipt but NO invoice. As we ask via WhatsApp App again for the invoice and than they wrote us, „This is extraordinary request and we have to inform the hotel before, that we need this“!!!! Never again!

Amazing hotel great location the room was unreal great amount of space sauna steam, we had a nice view out the window watching gondolas pass by ,had breakfast every morning brought to our room which was a really nice touch and the hotel staff couldn’t do enough for u thank you don luigi and franco for our amazing stay we loved it 10/10

A wonderful relaxing stay and a lovely spacious room. The bed was comfortable and the area quiet at night. Breakfast was delivered to us in a stylish manner and there was such a lot of delicious food provided. It was great to have tea and coffee making facilities in our room. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as a short walk to the tourist hot spots.

This was one of the best stays we had while in Europe. Oliver took really good care of us while we were there and was so accommodating to our needs. He was happy to help us with everything and anything and was so friendly. There was such a wide variety for breakfast and my phone wasn’t working to choose the preferences so Oliver personally came to our room and noted everything down the night before. The Turkish bath was also a really nice way to relax after a long day and we really couldn’t fault anything. The whole experience made us fall in love with the city even more and we’ll definitely be booking another stay here if we’re ever back in Venice.

Very nice rooms, big in size and large bathrooms. Our bathroom had a steam room built in too which was nice to use with la large shower We were met by a great guy named Yusuf who showed us to our room straight away. He bought a fantastic breakfast to our room at the agreed time which was fantastic I also spoke with Oliver who also was very happy to help with any questions Only reason for giving 4 stars is that the air conditioning was not working in our room during the night and we heard a couple of mosquitoes in our room at the start of the night which stopped us from sleeping for a Iong time. But once we fell asleep, everything was ok Location was perfect as only a short walk to all the main areas of Venice Would stay here again based on the great service received from Yusuf, very nice guy.

My wife and i stayed in this spacious and exclusive hotel in Venice. We were greeted by Oliver & Joseph who were professional and friendly. The room was spacious & ours had a built in steam shower & sauna - YES SAUNA!! The hotel is located in the heart of Venice as well! Oliver had recommended a few restaurants - of which did not disappoint! We had the best pasta in Chat Qui Rit which was a walking distance from our hotel! Thank you Oliver & Joseph for making our Venice holiday a memorable one!! Hope to see you guys in Singapore! Cheers! Faiz!

I have visited Venice very often and most hotels 4 stars and above are decent and well rated. But this stay at Liassidi Wellness Suites, an extension to Liassidi Palace, was outright outstanding! Vast suites, private Turkish bath, rich breakfast served in the room, comfortable beds and all so clean... But the highlight is the Staff, so helpful and always keen to give the best service!! Thank you Oliver and Youssef... And in comparison, the rates are very affordable. Definitely enjoyable.

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was absolutely perfect. Our room was huge with an amazing little balcony overlooking the canal and even a sauna in the bathroom. The aesthetic was modern and trendy. We had a beautiful breakfast delivered to our room every morning and they even sourced gluten free options for me which was amazing. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly - a special shout out to Marco who went above and beyond organising private water taxis for us whenever we needed. The location was also perfect but just off the beaten track so it was lovely and quiet. My one bit of feedback would be that we arrived before the check in time and asked to use a bathroom to freshen up and change after a flight and it was really dirty (no reflection on the actual hotel rooms) - but still it would have been nice if there was a clean area for guests to use before they can access their room. That was a minor blip that was more than made up for with the rest of the stay. Would definitely reccommend.
