Bedbugs - Bedbugs - Bedbugs everywhere. Don’t stay at this place . My boyfriend, sister in law and me stayed there for one night on October 24 2024. We all three got bedbug bites everywhere. The place is not clean at all, smells bad . It’s disgusting. The cost of the room should be free including bedbug bites 😷 We paid around 135 Euros for night. The true I would never stayed there anymore even if it was free. It was our fault because we didn’t read the reviews before going there. We learned the hard way. We are back home hopefully we didn’t bring bedbugs to our place 🙏

greedy , slack owner, who reportedly has many hotels in Venice. bed bugs, dirty carpet, no toilet roll holder, the rolls are sitting on the bidet, no toilet brush. The kitchen is rundown as is everything, there is no effort at all on the part of the owner to make the place pleasant. The 2 staff do their best in a grotty situation.

Me and my girlfriend booked one night. The heater was broken so they brought this small plastic Chinese contraption which - even though it somewhat did heat a bit the room- we didn't trust to leave it running all night. The result was the following morning for me a persistent cough while my girlfriend had a congestion in the initial stage .They did offer switching to another room after our insisting they do so ...however even this other room was COLD and they said it would take an hour to make it warm, so we preferred to stay in the initial room as we had plans for the evening which made us unable to wait an hour and then having to move our stuff to another room, so we opted to remain in the one that we had booked.... Also, not a closet in sight where to hang your clothes, the tv 's controller was missing, no extra blankets in the room. Go somewhere else ,don't waste your hard-earned money here.

If it was possible to give a place a negative star I would, first off it just smelled so gross and the second we walked in, we felt very uncomfortable and frankly just upset as that we spent 100€ to be in this horrible of a place. I didn’t see any bed bugs but I would bet they are hiding somewhere, we booked a 4 bed dorm and when we arrived it was two bunk beds and then a small cot next to the bunk beds. So 5 guys in a 4 person room, the bathrooms I didn’t even want to use as it just looked so bad and smelled horrible. I recommend people avoiding this place as much as physical possible, there are much better places in Venice that are same price and you won’t have to worry about mold or bugs crawling all over you. This place shouldn’t be legal

Non avevo chiavi della camera, infatti negli ultimi giorni è entrato un tizio in stanza per usare il bagno della mia camera. Bagno sporco e sprovvisto di sapone e asciugamani, doccia non utilizzabile. Servizio di receptionist non ottimale. Gli unici aspetti positivi sono il giardino che è molto carino e il letto che era comodo. Questo ostello può essere l'ideale se ti trovi di passaggio e hai necessità di pernottare a Venezia per una sera, un soggiorno più lungo diventa insostenibile.

Non è un hotel ma una bettola un ghetto appena entri senti un odore sgradevole nessun servizio camera fatiscente non c'è nemmeno la luce ma solo una lampadina 3 fulminati il letto schifoso la televisione non funziona il bagno indecente e anche la porta della doccia completamente scarcassata reception inesistente accoglienza zero le camere non tutte hanno il numero l ingresso da paura esperienza da dimenticare non andarci assolutamente
