Good trip , helpful receiptionist

Located near Ferrovia waterbus station and Santa Lucia train station. You’ll need to walk a lot or take the waterbus to other areas such as St Marks’s Square. The staff were friendly and even provided us with packed breakfast as we had to checkout early in the morning (before Breakfast time). The room was spacious - mini touch ups here and there will improve the room. Will definitely stay here again if I have an early morning train to catch next time :)

Really convenient location near the train station and ferries. Appears newly renovated, modern and clean. Friendly service. The room was a bit small with minimal area for bags to be opened. The air conditioner was centrally controlled and therefore the temperature of the room could not be adjusted.

The room was fine not too big. I asked for a room change which was done after 2 nights. Me and my wife stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast was fine : Eggs, cereals, croissants, coffee.

The location is good, our room was big enough and clean. The amenities were good too. The breakfast was good.

Room and shower cubicle is a bit small but the room is clean and comfortable.

Stayed for 1 night and was given a twin bed. Room was small and when we first arrived, there wasn't any ventilation as it seems like the AC wasn't working. There is a smell in the room, like an old smell. Contacted front desk and he assisted us immediately, resolved the AC problem. Hotel is located in a small alley and it can be quite dark once night rime. There are mosquitoes as it's approaching summer so just take note. Our room was across the breakfast area so we didn't feel very safe. Walls are thin as you can hear people coming back, chatting etc. No water and toothbrush are provided, so bring your own.

Very nice hotel. Not far from the city center

Hotel is located near the main train station and is quite accessible. Staff are friendly and helpful however amenities needs to be improved. Hotel has a cute and friendly golden retriever.

The worst service and experience

Nice place, with a beautiful room (Superior room). Location is nothing special but I did like the room's vibe + balcony. Just needed it for a night so it was pretty good. Breakfast had good options as well.

Friendly service, value for money and convenient location. However they have no lift and stairs can be steep, especially for us we got the top floor so moving up was tiring. Simple breakfast provided. They have a cute golden retriever too!

This is a great hotel! Reception were friendly, room was so clean and beautiful, washroom was so clean and new! Simply love it here!!

Good location, including breakfast and also allow us to check in earlier. But it doesn’t have lift.
