The hotel, stay, was good for 1 night and business trip. Longer stay? Depending on purpose! Small city. Reception and breakfast was nice and good. Location of the hotel; +/-, yes walking distance from restaurants. Beds; good Bathroom and facilities; good Personal attention and Reception: fair to good. Swiming pool, very small, +/-

Arriving at the hotel from the airport, we found nobody at the desk even though the sign on the door stated someone should be there until 7:00 pm. After finally getting a hold of someone on the phone, they informed us they cancelled our reservation due to over booking. Take note that we booked mid December for our February 21st stay. No phone call or text to inform us, just an email sent to us at 5:40 pm that day (while we were in transit from the airport). Terrible, just terrible. Don’t stay here. The property is marginal and the communication and treatment from the hotel is terrible.

I arrived late and unfortunately only stayed for one night as was travelling north from the airport. The hotel was quaint and full of character, beautifully clean and well appointed.
Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

Very friendly, helpful STAFF - Well equipped ROOM. - Very nicely landscaped, cozy GARDEN with small pool and seating; also a paradise for children with playhouse, bird aviary. - Super breakfast (choice and quality). - Free: good wifi and PARKING on the premises. - Not ideal for working with laptop (but doable).
Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites PERSONAL. – Gut ausgestattetes ZIMMER. – Sehr schön angelegter, gemütlicher GARTEN mit kleinem Pool und Sitzgelegenheiten; zudem für Kinder ein Paradies mit Spielhaus, Vogel-Voliere. - Super Frühstück (auswahl und Qualität). – Kostenlos: Gutes WLAN und PARKPLÄTZE auf dem Gelände. – Zum Arbeiten mit Laptop nicht ideal (aber machbar).

We had a lovely stay and made to feel very welcome, the staff were really friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and rooms were very comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge to keep cold drinks in, we would highly recommend it to family and friends and would definitely stay there again in the future, well done to all involved in running a great hotel
