The bar had a nice range of beers, and although Blue Lagoon was the only cocktail available, it would be great if they could add a few more options. No tobacco available. If you need one, You should buy from outside while arriving. The bar service was nice — Sunil was super friendly and suggested some great drinks to try. Overall, we had a really good time!

They were always approachable, attentive, and ensured that every request was handled with care. I would also like to appreciate Manager Suhirtha, who was extremely professional and courteous. Her proactive approach and dedication to guest satisfaction really stood out. And a very special appreciation to the General Manager, Mr. Ganapathi. His leadership and personal attention to detail are clearly reflected in the high quality of service at the resort. Meeting him was a pleasure, and his passion for creating exceptional guest experiences truly elevates the property. Overall, Sterling Hibis Vellore exceeded my expectations in every way.
