There is a 🈶Four-star sign at the door, which is not bad. The transportation is quite convenient. Parking is required in the underground public parking lot across the road from the hotel. The fee can be paid at the front desk (there should be some discounts for paying at the front desk, 16 euros = 24 hours). I remember that the parking lot seems to say more than 20 euros = 24 hours. The reason for the average service is that the room next to the elevator was given to me for the first time. Because I had poor sleep, I went downstairs to change it immediately, and the attitude of the front desk was average.

The hotel has seen better days and it could do with a few extra amenities (extra pillows, tissues, shampoo) considering the price and getting rid off the sewer smell coming out of the toilet. However the location and the people running it make a big difference. Also the food was very good.

Stayed here for my honeymoon. Everything was great and the staff were very friendly. The location, service, and facilities were all a good experience. Also, the view of the Alhambra Palace from the hotel's rooftop bar was very spectacular. Next time I come to Granada, this is a hotel I want to stay in again.

I didn't know the geography of Granada, so I expected it to be a moderate outskirts, but I took the hotel, except that it was good to get through the highway when I visited Alhambra. It's far from the downtown area where people are gathered, and I struggled to move in many ways. And one big mall that you can't tell if you're open or not, and one big restaurant opposite it. And it's really nothing, nothing, except for the mercadona near the residential area. In conclusion, the location can't give you a good score, and I had a pretty hard time coming and going to the downtown area of Granada, where I was taking a bus using a car. Please calculate the route between the main tourist points and the hotel in advance and move. The hotel overall was a bit old style, but the room size was larger than any hotel I have stayed in Spain so far. I was on a honeymoon, but I was assigned two single beds and asked me to change to a double bed room. There was no work, and I was able to have a satisfactory bed. Parking is 16 euros a day, and the system is an old-fashioned system with tickets, so you have to pull out meaningless ticket paper every time you enter, and when you go out, you press the bell and say the lake of the room. Our couple were not sensitive to noise, but the hotel structure was a shared structure in which the noise in the lobby was upstairs, and we were right above the group guests who were drinking late at night in the lobby. It was a location room. I understand that it was inevitable in the structure, but it was not a very pleasant experience that I could hear the noise of those people in the hotel room. And the other thing that was absurd was that they had slippers and robes, and they were paid three euros for them and they were packaged. My wife needed slippers as a necessity, and she paid for the package and was able to provide a little better quality slippers than the one-time slippers provided by other hotels in the usual way. The experience that I had to pay and use slippers and bathrobes for 3 euros at a 5 star hotel could not be said to be absolutely good. Because I'm writing this review in the next hotel I checked in, wearing a bathrobe and slippers that are free of charge at this hotel.

The room is quite big, and the bathroom has a big bathtub. I forgot to take pictures of the interior of the room, and it is not much different from the pictures provided by the hotel. It is very close to the Alhambra Palace, and it takes 3 to 5 minutes to walk to the Gate of Justice. The hotel service is also very considerate and helped us store our luggage.

I love Granada so much. The hotel is in a good location. It is very convenient to eat, drink and shop around. I have to praise the lady at the front desk of the hotel. She is very enthusiastic and tried to recommend all the delicious and fun places in Granada to us. She also helped us plan the route. You can see the Alcázar from the hotel's rooftop swimming pool. There is a paid parking lot, but you have to be very careful when driving there. The roads in Granada are too narrow and you will go the wrong way if you are not careful. We drove around in circles for an hour before we parked the car and tried not to drive again. It is better to choose public transportation or take a taxi to go to the Alcázar or the observation deck. Don't overestimate your ability to read navigation and drive. Very very very satisfied. I especially want to thank the lady at the front desk. We arrived a little late, and she deliberately extended the opening hours of the swimming pool so that the children could play in the water for a while. I am especially grateful to her. The room is a suite with a double bed and a sofa bed, which are separated by a wardrobe to form two spaces. You can cook but there is no washing machine. Overall very satisfied

It could be a perfect hotel: nice and clean room and close to public transport to the city and bus and train stations. However, this customer (66) was treated like a naughty child. Ask for breakfast options upon check-in. E14 buffet or less and cheaper in the cafeteria. The next morning breakfast turned out to be E16. Asked for an explanation: E 14 turned out to be at reception when booking. So to reception. The gentleman on duty said that E14 was only if I indicated so at check-in. But I knew that, I had heard that the day before, he continued accusingly. Not in accordance with the truth, not polite and not customer friendly. I don't want to be called a liar. So I had breakfast once for E 16 and then on occasions outside the hotel, where I was appreciated as a customer. The staff is friendly (although their command of English is very limited), behavior such as the above must therefore be due to management policy, which does not focus on the customer experience.

Wonderful hotel! Worth the money, beautiful lobby area, helpful staff. Comfortable beds, large bath. Plus convenient underground parking. The location is quite convenient, 20 minutes walk to the center. Very decent hotel restaurant
