The hotel is clean and quiet even though the location iin the midst of construction sites
The internet service eas terrible. Hose cleaning twice a day but ok.
The room is like a bachelor's apartment and come with the baics which I like. However you do need to take a 10min walk for hot food as the hotel does not have a cafe of its own.

I like that the residence inn was near Wonderland. The hotel was easy to get to, clean and the rooms looked just like the advertised pictures. I appreciated that they included cutlery in the cupboards of the studio room with a full kitchen. The food at breakfast was good as well. My only complaint is the pool was a bit small and they should enlarge the gym.

We have visited this hotel many times in the past. Always enjoyed it. This trip we asked for an accessible room. We were put into Room 110. The front desk clerk told us it was a 1 bedroom king suite. This was a queen suite. We would have rejected the suite had we known it was not a king. The bed was horrible. It was collapsed on one side. Basically, I was sleeping in a hole. Head and legs high, and middle completely sunken. On the middle day of our stay, we requested the room to be cleaned while we were out for the day. When we returned, the bed was made. Floors not vacuumed. Dirty towels left on the floor and stuffed under the desk. The area around our room was noisy. Doors slamming, kids running up and down the hall, people shouting, all after midnight. As a gold member, I am very loyal to Marriot, and will continue to be loyal. However, I will definitely have to look for another property next time we are in the area. And we are in that area several times a year.

Arriving quite late after a 5 hour drive into Toronto on a Friday night, I was welcomed at the front desk with incredible professional courtesy, friendliness, hotel orientation and descriptions of the range of services available to me as their guest. Michael absolutely treated me as a GUEST with his kind manner and thoughtful run through of what this hotel offers and is available to guests. My room was surprisingly spacious, nice decor, very clean, cozy sectional couch in a comfy living room area and the kitchenette is fully functional and well stocked for meal prep. I will stay here here again when I am in Toronto and I am glad to have discovered and experienced this gem! By the way, the website does not do justice to this place: you might consider better photos depicting the range of amenities provided, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the ease and convenience of the location of the Residence In Vaughn off the 407.

Very clean and quiet studio room with full kitchen. Windows open in room. Pool was warm, free breakfast and great location for visiting Canada’s Wonderland. I was pleasantly surprised with our room and amenities and it was priced lower than other hotels in the area without a kitchen.

Parked our vehicle in the parking lot overnight and it was stolen. The staff wouldn’t show us security footage. They gave us an extra couple hours in the room so we could figure out what to do. They offered no other kind of reimbursement for our stay and loss. When speaking with the York Regional Police they told us that that area has many vehicle go missing a day. I do not recommend staying there unless you have a very old vehicle.
