Poor bathroom and poor service, morning breakfast was good. Housekeeping staff do not listen after many calls also

Room is too small and stinking. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all good.

Service was really slow. Inf-act basic thing like drinking water took 1 hr to deliver. Hi tea was complimentary but only tea was provided no snacks was there. And they said in booking it was written drink will include tea or coffee so that's why tea.

Location was good, service was very good, we had opted for breakfast quality was decent however on the last day of breakfast when i had coconut chutney ( i found it was fermented) i had complained to change. But i had already eaten some of it - which was huge mistake - had gone through severe stomach infection, diarrhoea, fever same day after some time - had gone through very tough time during the day back home. (rest quality of idli, fruits poha etc was fresh except last day chutney )

The stay was good. The staff was polite and the hotel and rooms were clean. The food and the restaurant was also good. The locality was also quiet and peaceful. The only con is the connectivity since there were very less uber or ola cabs you can find from there and the e-rickshaws downstairs charged an exorbitant amount from the guests.
