The Hotel staff found good. My suite room was wonderful. I enjoyed my stay. Better to have a table lamp at desk for working. Nice to stay, Location is very convenient and easy to access. Food is delicious

This hotel is one of the dirtiest i have ever seen. Stinking room, dirty corridors, dirty linen horrible food. The housekeeping staff is one *** show who doesn't care once u have checked in. Toilet has nothing working so they have a dirty bucket and mug kept. Never visit this unhygenic place. Health officials should close this place immediately.

Very dirty, fridge unplugged and filthy, hasnt been in use for a long while I think. Air conditioning doesn't work. You have to turn on the hotel water and wait for 15 minutes to have a shower and the water volume is meagre. We had dirty sheets here and there is dirt on all surfaces. It does have windows - hallelujah!! We could see right through the towels. The pool is empty and has big holes through the bottom of it, it would not have been functional for some time. We saw no evidence of a gym at all. Buffet - food is okay but served in a grubby environment. If you are like I was, looking for clean bedding, with windows (a lot of budget hotels do not, be wary), and a clean room go elsewhere. Grubby sums it up. Way past its prime and on the decline also sums it up.

This hotel tried really hard to please. Our visit did not begin well but.... We took three rooms, 303, 304 and 305. When we checked on we five were all dissatisfied and complained accordingly. The next day - a miracle! Breakfast was wonderful, a great buffet with clean cutlery and crockery and very good service. Before we left the hotel for the day to explore we asked the hotel to remedy our concerns. We arrived back for dinner to find much cleaner rooms, clean linen and better towels. Everyone on the staff pitched in to their great credit. If I had written this review on the first night I would've given it one star and a very negative review. However after such effort and hospitality this hotel deserves four stars from us. Yes, it's old and a bit tired but it is also quirky and has some beautiful parquetry/woodwork and so much potential if a bit of money was spent on it. In the end, we've decided that after their clean up early morning on day 2, this hotel is better for the price than some we have stayed at in Europe or Australasia. Hospitality alone here = five stars!!

Stayed here for three nights with two romms but were charged for four. Hotel staff were unable to figure out how to apply advanced credits to the bill and cheated us out of $200 cdn. Make sure you have print outs and an email chain because their administration team will claim to have voice recordings of your conversations (yikes!) Pros: - the restaurant food was delicious and we looked forward to breakfast every morning. Staff was kind and food was refilled fresh. Cons - rooms are old and outdated and one of the rooms had the faint smell of urine. Bedding was clean enough but clearly worn out - hot water only works for five minutes. Plan your showers accordingly. Note that the stream from the faucet is thin and the hand shower only has cold water - half of the outlets don't work even after you turn them on. - you will have to call housekeeping over and over and over again to get basics like towels, hair dryer, clean dishes for chai/coffee, etc. And that's only if your room's phone works! Ours didn't so we had to get it replaced twice. And we still never ended up getting the towels. - located near an event venue so you'll hear plenty of noise when trying to sleep - housekeeping staff are nice but front reception is rude Overall, fine, I guess. If you're looking for something relatively clean and affordable, this could be that if you get a good rate I wouldn't stay here again.

Worst experience..worst than average OYO. AC panel not working, service staff casual and attitude of reception staff is you paid now stay.. Paid 4500 and when I said so staff said it's high and you should come us for discount instead of solution

Great stay, Great food. Stayed for 3 nights for business. Had some issues with network and wifi which can be issue if you are travelling for work but they seemed to have resolved it now. Other than that, it was great.
