Hotel Playa Vista Azul

大堂前的無邊泳池景色美極了。在泳池邊點杯咖啡或飲料（我們不喝酒）看落日。酒店有2個海灘很漂亮，這個地方非常乾淨宜人。非常好的大堂。

Magnifique piscine avec une vue incroyable ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le buffet est assez diversifié. Personnel très serviable !

We just got back home last night from Playa Vista Azul-Varadero last night. Spent 1 week there Feb 25-Mar 4th. We had a beautiful Relaxing Vacation. No complaints and would recommend this resort in a heartbeat! 1) Arrival & registration quick. We had a ground level walk out pool room booked, and we upgraded to Premium, pool room ground level (at Premium pool)Well worh the upgrade!) Quiet, no problem, getting a bed, chairs - bar and service with Carlos & Elisbet was wonderful, beautiful peeled. 2) Restaurants-We ate all our meals (breakfast lunch & dinner )at the Ala-A-Carts (Coral Neptune & Italian)We only ate lunch once at the buffet. Our means were very good, and service was excellent, staff work hard and want to please you! We mainly ate at the Coral(right beside Premium pool) A special thank you to the staff (Amalia, Katy, Yanelis, Milady, Doxana, Claudia, & Daylin) sweetest ladies! They only had 4 or 5 choices each day, but food was excellent! Italian was very good, but very busy! When you are booked premium Concierge books appt for you at Ala-Cartes for dinner. We brought, salt & pepper, onion powder(was awesome added to soups) mayo, ranch dressing, jam & peanut butter, soya sauce & syrup. (Left what I had left, they are so happy to take take it!) 3) Concierge- Amil, Yuri, (and others) were amazing, from getting us settled,explaining everything, booking restaurants! Thank -you! 4) Room Maid Cleaning Service- we had 2 maids come and clean our room every morning… always beautiful and made beautiful & creative art from blankets! Thank you! 5) Bars- All bars & service wonderful! We mainly used Premium bar by premium pool, and Premium bar at Infinity pool, they can make you anything, and work hard to please! Cuba does not have Clamato(we brought 2 945ml bottles I had bought for $2 each at $ store) and I brought 1 pleaser teaser mix I bought from Can tire, (I mixed 1/2 packet of pleaser mix with half a jug of Clamato & 1/2 water, it was perfect! ) We had vodka & clam and bar made us ceasars! I left 1 jug I had left over with Carlos at Premium bar) Lobby bar service very good! Always smiling and happy to serve you! This resort had NO pineapple juice, or no orange juice, we made due with their peach juice if we wanted a sweeter drink. 6) Beach- We were closer to large beach we only went there a couple of times, but lots of activities, lots of chairs… it was windy 5 of 7 days were there,so mainly stayed by pool. The small beach is pretty rocky, there is a place you could walk in where was sandy. 7) Entertainment- Excellent entertainment around main pool, evening shows were awesome! Wow can they dance and mice! My 2 favorite shows were Grease & Michael Jackson! Sooo amazing…. These staff must work 24/7 in rehearsals! Thank you the shows were wonderful! Varedero- We took the 2 dckerbus about 3:00pm one afternoon, walked Main Street, through a few markets (very sad there are very few tourists, very little traffic, locals are suffering… we w

My family and I went to this resort and had an amazing time. We met some of the nicest servers/bartenders you could imagine. I'd like to say a special hello to Yeisy, Diana, Amay, Anita, Amaury, Michel (forgive me if I misspelled your name). I'd also like to recognize Annie at the Buffet and even though we didn't meet them personally, our house keepers in block 8 were fantastic, surprising us each day with a blanket folded into a rose or heart shapes. Yulitza from the Kids Club was amazing with our kids too. Each one of these people (and more) made our trip so enjoyable. We will be back (hopefully next year) to see our friends again. My daughter loved the infinity pool so much, it was a struggle to get her to come out.

I've now been to the Playa Vista Azul resort now over 7 times in the past 3 years. That alone should show how much I enjoy the place. Some of the greatest people work here (best I've met at any Cuban resort...and I've been travelling to Cuba at least 2X/year since the 90's). Great staff: Yahira the greatest server at the snack bar by the pool. Victoria...the greatest server Barman at the pool bar. Pepe a great guy at the big beach. Miquel...another awesome bartender at the bar by the big beach. All these people have become close friends and I always look forward to seeing them when I go back (I try to get back every 4 months) The resort is clean and well maintained. The beaches (especially the big beach) are clear water with fine sand (although I didn't like the fact they've filled in some of the small beach to prevent erosion). There's always something to eat...if you can't find something you like at the buffet at lunch, you can always get amazing service (Yahira) at the pool snack bar or at the snack bar at the small beach. The a la carte restaurants provide a break from the repetitive foods offered at the main buffet restaurant. The drinks are always good and always flowing at pretty much all the bars located all over the resort. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is a topper. Can't wait to get back in May...ticket is already booked. One deterrent is the supplemental charge added for travelling solo. I'd been going for years not seeing this and now they're adding $400 to do so! Not a great idea as it will cause me to think about going elsewhere.

This is my second visit. Really enjoy staff. We really enjoyed the entertainment. Enjoyed the Bar Alegria. Very good service. Always ready to serve with a smile. Food is very good at all the a la Carte. Have very cordial service at registration desk and Customer service.
