Огромные очереди в столовой, персонала мало или они не успевают, салфеток не хватает, еда на троечку, но иногда бывает рыба, что для бюджетных отелей кубы - редкость, развлечения были, пляж прекрасный, как и везде в варадеро, инет работает, но постоянно нужно переподклбчаться, а алякарт удалось сходить 1 раз, но там была та же еда, невкусно, в лобби баре коктейли и алкоголь посредственные, но я почти не пью, мне все равно было, попробовал и ладно, номер с утюгом, феном, ванной, тв, все работает.

We have a great time at Brisas Del Caribe. We had BBQ for lunch and dinner was good with Carribean flavor. The beach, catamaran were fantastic. We enjoyed the cocktail and our server Claudia Gómez was very helpful and a pleasure to have met her. See you soon.

We are not even back home 24 hours (group of 4) and wish we were back there. For those looking for a laid back relaxing vacation this is the spot. Yes, it is older and shows its age but a well maintained resort. The rooms, lobby and grounds are clean and all staff super friendly and helpful. The highlight of this resort would be its location with a fantastic stretch of beach. We have not travelled this late in the season before and there were maybe 100 guests at best the week we went. This did not impact our service and expectations. There were no issues with food other then being a bit repetitive but this is Cuba. Eggs every morning plus lots of other choices. Lunch and dinner had all you needed with meats, vegetables, soups, salad bar, etc. The only shortage was wine at the buffet but we have run into this several times in the last few years at other resorts as well. The bars had a nice assortment to make a wide variety of drinks. We had the VIP upgrade with Hola Sun and it was worth it for us. The highlight was the private dining room at the buffet. Beautifully appointed and the personal service was amazing. Wine was always available for this upgrade. Evening entertainment is also definitely worth mentioning. Something different every night including a aquatic show, magic show and a fantastic rock band that also plays at the Beatles bar in Varadero. Last but not least, the staff is what made our experience a week to remember. We would definitely go back here without hesitation.

Another fantastic time at Brisas del Caribe. This was our 8th time at "our home away from home", and it was truly a wonderful time once again! We cannot say enough about how incredible the staff is at this resort! From the very first time we stepped foot in this resort to now, everyone treats you like family, and are so dedicated to making sure your stay is everything you had hoped for. Maikel, Meidys and Cenin always make sure you are enjoying yourself and are there whenever you may need them! Our wonderful maid and friend Yareny made us the most beautiful towel art each day and the room was always sparkling clean with plenty of towels ( the softest I have had at this resort so far) and toilet paper. Aida gave me my annual haircut and as always, much better than I can get at home! Amelia gives the best massages! Yoennys is doing a fantastic job supervising the restaurants, and is always greeting each and every guest. Augustin and Juan Miguel do a great job at the beach bar, as do Miladys and Elin (sp) at the pool bar. Miguel, Boris, Jose, Carlos and all the rest at the coffee bar and lobby bar always serve you up with a smile and a hug. Giser, Jaqueline and Maybel have been a constant throughout the years and such a joy to be around. Robert, BonBon and Margarita (kid's club) work very hard to make sure you are always entertained! I know that I may have missed a few people, everyone deserves a mention as each and everyone of the staff go above and beyond to make everyone happy! The resort is an older one, and shows it's age in some areas, but is always very clean and welcoming. Washrooms are cleaned constantly, The beds are comfortable, fluffy pillows, plenty of water always in your room. Front desk staff are always willing to help. There is WiFi all over the resort. And of course....the best beach area by far in Varadero! Please consider Brisas for your next stay if you are looking for a laid back, friendly, and relaxing vacation! You will not be disappointed.

Just returned from another wonderful vacation at Brisas del Caribe. So happy we were able to return once again. Sunwing wasn't available to us this year but managed to book through ACV. Much longer travel days but worth every minute to get back to our favorite resort and favorite people. Beach was a beautiful as ever. Thanks Jorje for always making sure we had chairs in our favorite spot. The bar on the beach is great. Agustin and Juan Miguel do a great job down there. The three other bars were top notch also. Thankyou to all the guys and gals that made it possible for us to have our morning coffee and our " after the beach" Spanish Coffee. Yoennys is fantastic overseeing the buffet and ala carte restaurant. Ate suppers. Great food and wonderful staff. Loved having lunch down at La Caleta. Great variety and service and loved spending time with girls down there. Our room was kept spotless by Yareny. Such a wonderful lady! As always Aida did fantastic job on haircuts/ braiding for our group. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We enjoyed the entertainment. Doing a great job BonBon. Favorites were Aquatic Show and Magic Show. ( that guy has our group stumped!) Thankyou to Meidys and Maikel for ensuring we had everything we needed. In closing just want to say that Brisis is a wonderful resort. All of the staff are warm and welcoming.Our first trip to Brisas was 19 years ago and over the years the staff have become like family to us. Simply the best.
