房間海景向酒店設施（海灘🏖️）一面從價格和舒適度上均遠較另一面為高，用了兩個房間故此作了對比。同時，千萬要提前訂，否則在各大平台都會顯示無房，可你從前台用高些的價格仍然可以隨時拿下房。

第一次入住這家全包式酒店，衞生便利且十分靠近海邊，非常符合我們的期待，距離VIAZUL車站8公里，大約十美金。預訂的是早中晚餐全包房型，用餐體驗也很好，煎蛋以及牛排很美味，晚間的活動也很熱鬧，不虛此行！

全包酒店，餐廳的自助餐食物口味與品質都不錯，服務也非常好，酒水也是免費的，晚上還有演唱，推薦推薦，雖然客房設施有點舊，但是性價比非常高了

Non è stata una esperienza rilassante.
Partendo dalla reception, Personale scortese.
Ci hanno assegnato una camera dove sopra la nostra, ogni mattina, iniziavano i lavori di ristrutturazione. Già dalle otto di mattina si sentiva martellare, usare il flessibile, pezzi di muro o carton gesso cadere e comunicazione ad alta voce tra loro. I lavori proseguono tutta la mattina e parlando poi con la reception, sapendo di questo disguido, ci dicono che proseguono fino alle cinque del pomeriggio.
Era impossibile riposarsi con questi rumori ripetitivi e fastidiosi.
La doccia pessima. Abbiamo trovato dei vermi sul piatto doccia due volte.Forse veniamo dal piano di sopra a causa delle ristrutturazioni.
Pulizia accettabile. Solo dopo aver discusso di questo disguido incominciavano a fare più attenzione sulla pulizia.
Servizio a tavolo pessimo. Alcune persone sembravano addirittura infastidite quando chiedevamo un bicchiere d'acqua o un cucchiaio. Una volta ci hanno pure ignorati senza nemmeno portarci da bere una volta seduti.
Melia e la peggior esperienza e catena hoteliera che abbia mai provato.
Non la sceglierei mai più in futuro, non la consiglio.

Отель семейный, много шумных детей)) относительно новый, шведский стол отличный, много перекусных на территории, номера чистые, обслуживание хорошее, особенно если владеешь испанским, пляж не очень частый, но всё равно красивый. Территория большая, красивая, бассейн большой, но воды по пояс, мелкий. В общем, рекомендую

First time here in Varadero and Sol Palmeras hotel. We are more than happy here. Beauriful resort and beauriful beach, all excelente. Service and rooms very good. We did catamarán and we have fun. Food and cocktails omg so tasty. We really enjoyed our vacations. We want comeback. Also entertaiment was fun, we danced in pool. Special mention to the beauriful lady Dayagne from quility and it's departament. All service excellent. Regards to all the sol palmeras staff.

First time in Sol Palmeras and I absolutely loved it! The rooms are renovated, clean, and modern. There is a lot of food to eat- great variety from shrimps, chicken, fish, lobsters to mango. Customer service is great and supportive. Anna speaks Russian for people who needs it, Maria was very nice when she called me and booked a complimentary lobster dinner. The beach is clean and beautiful! The entertainment team is also great: Alex at the beach get the whole beach up and going along with Jordi and Isaak! Many other entertainers are great too I just don’t remember everybody’s names lol . Overall, I had a great experience and I would definitely come back here next year!
