Sol Caribe Beach

I’ve been coming to Cuba for over 30 years. I never seen. Worst service and food in my entire life food. The only thing that was good is breakfast otherwise, everything else is not good at all. I would give this hotel one star max when I was approaching the bar. They’re just running away from me every time I wanted to ask a question they run away from me I never seen Worse than that. I always try to tip. I’ve been eating at the tower outside of the hotel. There is a lobster place. That’s the only place that was good. Otherwise the food here has no taste no chicken no beef rice with metal pieces. I know Cuba is not the best for their food but this hotel is the worst of the worst. I’m sorry but I don’t recommend and I have no idea how they getting positive feedback. Many people got food poisoning in that resort I booked all the restaurant salt and Pepper the Italian and the Asian three of them were so bad it’s unbelievable I don’t understand where is the management supervisors to fix this issues now I got a bad taste in my mouth to go back to Varadero. I’ve been coming to Santa Maria Holguin Cayo Coco. I think the islands are much better than Varadero.

We would like to mention the ladies of the Club House always give. Candy and Yolanda and her team from Customer Service. We will comeback soon

Fairly big hotel, room was nice, 50 per cent of staff very nice other 50 per cent terrible Food was disgusting almost non edible drinks OK. Wanted room 3 hrs extra $14 per hour would not take cards or euros just cash us$. Would not recommend or stay here again. Also in the middle of nowhere

Jessica and Glenda were great in the buffet. The entertainment was boring, The evening shows were too late for families to attend. No toilet paper by the pools. The food was good for breakfast and luncheon supper were a struggle for us.

The resort definitely surpassed my expiation. Food was delicious and good variety. Staff at the Shack were the best especially Lazaro and Yelamnis. Always fun and they mix the best drinks. Beach bar crew are also great. Love this resort and will definitely return.

The resort was amazing! It was more than what I expected! The rooms were nice, spacious, and clean! The food was absolutely delicious and lots to choose from! An over all beautiful resort! I shall return there! The staff were beyond amazing! The bartenders at The Shack went above and behond my expectations! Their names were, Lazarus and Lalamnis! The sweetest people I met! The staff and servers at the beach bar and buffet were exceptionally!
