This is the worst experience I've ever had so far in my travelling life. I arrived the hotel around 10pm, which is still within the standard check-in time in the booking confirmation. Yet there was no one at the reception to help me check-in! I called their contact number and no one answered. Some guests at the lobby tried to help and brainstorm but no one had clue what to do. At the end, I had to leave the hotel and looked for another place to stay in this late evening, which was a waste of my time, money and energy. I wrote to Trip.com and requested their help for the refund for several times. The hotel simply replied: "no refund for cancellation", "no refund because their hotel staffs were not 24/24 available" And "the client should be able to find the emergency number on the reception table" My point is: - The reality is, I have called the number I could find yet no one answered. - If the hotel does not have staffs to help clients at certain hours, they should have listed all the information (including the emergency contact, check-in hours) in the Terms & Conditions and in the booking confirmation. Otherwise, some hotels just leave the keys at a safe place and inform customers where to access. This is totally irresponsible. I hope no one will ever go through the same experience with me. Literally I will never recommend this hotel to anyone because of their very irresponsible attitude and honestly speaking I feel they don't care about their clients at all.

The staff was very helpful. There was a mini market about .5km away and convenient. There was only 1 decent restaurant nearby although Italian but very good. The area currently was a lot of road construction so the taxi coming into the hotel had to work around it and it was ongoing.

Firstly, all of a sudden the taxes to be paid tripled. Then this hotel ran my bank card to pay a deposit. After getting into my room, the temperature maximum was 17⁰ celcius and no way to adjust the heat heat. Also, the toilet was broken and unable to flush for my two-night stay. I asked to change rooms but the person at the reception desk ignored me and told me it was not possible.

Decent, breakfast is limited, staff are friendly, nothing around there for resturants/shops, 50 mins by public transport to get into the city (2/3 buses)

Absolutely atrocious service, rude staff, terrible communication. Basically a youth hostel where the staff just don't care and are unhelpful.

You are probably welcomed by Myriam or Estelle....with a smile. Such a wonderful host, I have to say, they guided me well about the travel, provided converter (which was a savior !), ensure my stay in comfortable. About the stay experience, - Rooms are decent size - Excellent wifi - comfortable bed, nice bathroom - 5 min walk to bus stop, which can take you to city - Lift access to rooms Well done team, thanks for your help...Cheers Amit

The location of the property with respect to Paris and the train station was great. Unfortunately the team on ground was not very nice. First was the parking price. I was told it was not 50 Euros as indicated on the property website but 70 Euros. The lady eventually made me pay 60 Euros because I was only staying for 6 days. In the room, the cooking table did not work and i reported this to the team but nothing was done. I repeated this everyday and nothing was ever done. The impression one got was that the reception team could not be bothered.

Rien à dire de l’hôtel et de son personnel , par contre je suis arrivé en retard à l’hôtel … personne à la réception et impossibilité de récupérer mes clés. J’ai contacté votre agent virtuel Hôtel. Com …. C’est une catastrophe aucune solution. Heureusement qu’un tiers a réussi à joindre Adaggio qui m’a donné le code de leur coffre pour récupérer mes clés ! Adaggio me dit qu’ils ont contacté Hôtel.Com pour que vous puissiez me contacter et me préciser la marche à suivre. Je n’ai jamais rien reçu de votre part et je ne vous félicite pas pour cela. J’avoue avoir hésité à vous rayer de mes sites favoris. Quand à votre système de contact en cas d’urgence ( agent virtuel ) c’est de la daube … vous devez avoir un contact direct par téléphone avec vos clients !

Hôtel trop cher pour la qualité proposée : chambre vétuste, literie médiocre, aucune prise électrique à côté du lit, une rénovation s’impose ! Seul point positif, l’accueil de la personne à la réception.

Séjour agréable, logement propre et literie très confortable, le personnel est très sympa. Je n’ai pas pris les petits déjeuners , la cuisine de la chambre est fonctionnelle et dispose de tout le matériel nécessaire. Nous n’avions pas de voiture , métro à 15 min à pied . Je reviendrai.
