The Casa Pecosa bought in 2006 and restored piece by piece.
It is nestled between the Canary houses, with nice German and Canarian neighbors.
The result is a beautifully furnished house that nothing leaves something to be desired.
House and apartment can be rented separately.
House: 2 nice big double room
A bright bathroom (toilet, sink, urinal and bath).
Between the two rooms is the spacious kitchen, which is also the entrance area as well as access to the patio.
Apartment: 1 double, 1 single, 1 small kitchen 1 open living area and a large sun terrace.
The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.
Equipment:
Sunbeds, washing machine, wi-fi, TV, charcoal grill, gas grill, heating, air conditioning units, refrigeration and freezer. Everything is there.
The house is ideal for self catering.
By car it is about 5-7 minutes to the sea and to the shops.
A small supermarket is just around the corner.
Walking down Fürt a beautiful way one should visit times.
500 m from the house is the Bar "La Viscaina" which has an incredible view and offers an excellent Cabra (Goat).
Down in the village there is everything your heart desires,
Gastronomy, shops, banks, what you just so exhausted.
The house is located on a hiking trail (el cercado).
to approximately 420 meters above sea level, there are about 60 steps to the house.
Here you can relax really well.
Should be ourselves because, for information only, we have a dog "Gerda".
Gerda is very sweet and quiet.

Süßes Häuschen in spektakulärer Berglage
Sehr nettes und atmosphärisches Haus, sehr kanarisch eingerichtet mit Innenhof und schönem Blick in die Berge. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Strand (10min). Das Haus hat einen schönen Innenhof und eine Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Ein Traum … Zur Ausstattung muss man aber sagen, dass Einiges schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, wie z.B. die Küche und die Armaturen. Die Pflanzen in den Töpfen im Innenhof sind verwelkt und es gibt Rumpelecken mit Krimskrams. Wir hätten auch eine richtige Kaffeemaschine gebrauchen können…Haus und Garten benötigen insgesamt ein bisschen „care“. dass

Tolles Haus in Lomo di Balo
Wir können Connys Haus nur empfehlen! Conny ist super nett und das Haus ist super gemütlich. Wir hatten das Glück eine längere Zeit hier verbringen zu könnnen.
Lage: Das Haus liegt recht weit oben im Tal des Valle Gran Rey in Lomo di Balo. Die Lage ist wunderschön, denn man hat einen tollen Blick runter in das Tal und es ist super ruhig. Was man beachten sollte: Oben ist es recht kühl und auch mal etwas wolkiger als unten. Auch muss man muss von der Straße aus einige Treppen steigen. Das sollte man beachten (zB beim Einkauf muss man recht steil bergauf). Dennoch uns hat es super gefallen so verwunschen zu wohnen und sich eher wie einheimisch zu fühlen als unten im Touristen Strand Hot Spot. Hier oben starten viele Wanderwege, ein nettes Restaurant (Macondo) ist fußläufig und man kann auch zur Bushaltestelle laufen. Dennoch ist ein Auto empfehlenswert.
Das Haus: Das Haus ist recht groß und hat einen abgetrennten Bereich für Gäste mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einer Wohnküche, der andere Teil ist meist nicht vermietet und ist privat von Conny. Beide Teile sind sehr seperat so dass man ganz privat ist. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Im Patio (nach hinten raus) kann man sehr nett draußen sitzen.
Conny ist super hilfsbereit und nett. Wir fanden es ganz klasse und kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderbar
Das Haus liegt sehr schön am Ortsrand im oberen Valle Gran Rey, das Wandern beginnt direkt vor der Tür. Ein Auto ist aus meiner Sicht unentbehrlich. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, es gibt sogar richtige Bettdecken , was hier oben durchaus angenehm ist wenn draußen mal wieder der Wind pfeift Man sieht an jeder Ecke, daß hier jemand mit viel Liebe und Sachverstand für sich selbst renoviert hat. Absolut empfehlenswert für Leute die gerne Ruhe haben und auf Party vor der Tür verzichten können.
